It is located in a large villa surrounded by a stunningly beautiful countryside, near the beautiful historic park Dubini in the area which was the summer residence of Testasecca accounts. And 'the ideal holiday for those who need to' open air surrounded by nature in a cozy family atmosphere, for cyclists, hikers and tourists. Inside the villa there is a wide space to park, and the building is surrounded by a manicured garden with orange, lemon and other plants that give off scents of Sicily. The area is served by urban bus No. 1 and No. 4 that connect, at very short time intervals, with the Old Town, the railway station and the bus station. The villa is fully furnished and equipped, supplied with central heating with dual fuel and water heaters. In a corner of the garden there is a stone oven and barbecue, plus a well-equipped children's playground with slide and swing; inside the villa there is also the possibility to play table tennis, rent a bike (mountain bike) at very low prices and in indoors there are different angles read with many interesting books to read during your stay at your disposal. The rooms, very bright, fully furnished and equipped with sober and stylish: each has its own bathroom, air conditioning, heating, TV, free internet access 24 hours 24 via wireless, wardrobe, desk, chairs and all amenities . The 5 rooms at the B & B are distinguished by color: blue, green, yellow and the third floor of the villa there are the 2 bedrooms suites and pink wisteria enjoying a splendid view of the immense green park Dubini, with an outdoor living room with reading corner. The rooms are double, triple, quadruple and double single use. Both the dining room equipped that the three porches, are available for breakfast for guests. Particularly we recommend to have breakfast in the main porch, located right in front of Dubini Park or under the gazebo furnished with tables and chairs to better enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the mild climate. The property was completely renovated in January 2008.
