Half way between Riva & Arco, 5 mins from the lake, our 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment is set among olive trees and vine yards with a good sized garden, patio, and a stunning panoramic view of the mountains. Open plan kitchen , breakfast bar with stools, a dining area for entertaining and dinner, and living room area with all amenities, including 40” flat screen HD TV with netflix. Wifi is free and available throughout the apartment. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and new washing machine, with drying rack. We provide shower soap and toilet roll, hair dryer, and towels. The apartment is complete and private, you have the place totally to yourself and it is your home for your holiday. About the neighbourhood
The area is considered the hollywood of Riva, large houses and residential area with magnificent views 360 degs. Away from the tourist traffic and noise, but within minutes cycle of all the best tourist spots. You can start many of the exciting MTB routes from here. You can hike the monte brione. You can swim in the lake. You can drive 10 mins to lago di Tenno or Lago di Ledro (incl. wakeboarding) In winter its 20 mins drive to Folgaria for cross ski, or down hill ski/snowboard. 45 mins to Madonna di Campiglio This is the centre to explore the area.
Getting around
Walking, Biking, Driving, Swimming everything is possible By foot you have easy access to all amenities incl restaurants , shopping , cafe, bar areas. Excellent local restaurants (pizza, osteria, mountain food/steak/fondue) We are on the main cycle path, we (like) recommend cycling. We are happy to advise how to rent bikes locally.
