Sunny apartment, 4th and top floor in historical listed building in front on the famous antic well (il pozzo) and 200 meters from the lake. Situated in one of the most prestigious streets in historical centre. Cosy apartment, well equipped kitchen and appliances with two double bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, whashing machine, and lounge with TV, sofa, table, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle and fridge. There is a folding bed available and a high chair for infants. The apartment has a free private underground parking space nearby. We also have available for our guest two bikes. The building does not have a lift. Very good flat with a lot of Equipment for the daily use. Almost everything you have at home, even special kitchen machines. We missed nothing!

Riva in August

This location was fantastic and the flat was lovely. A spacious two bedroom layout and impeccably clean. Can’t wait to go back!

Near the Palacongressi lies Fraglia Vela Riva where sailing courses are offered for children and adults. Also, just 2 minutes from the apartment you will find the port with boat mooring and ferry to reach many special and famous towns of Lake Garda such as Torbole, Limone, Malcesine, Garda, Peschiera, Desenzano and many others. The strategically located position of Riva del Garda allows one to enjoy many sports and activities such as sailing windsurfing, mountain and nature walks as well as cycling on one of the many mountain bike trails. The city of Trento is only 45kms away.
