1) The property has two lockable flats on two separate floors with access through one front electronic door both a well furnished and very clean. The garden at the rear has a Bar-B-Que and leads to a river. 2) The location is superb, just outside Verona city, near the airport but out in a quite village with parking. 3) Marcos was outstanding, so supportive and we made friends easily, his local advice and support saved money, aggravation and time. Summary - We cant wait to visit again and enjoy the local hospitality and friendship, don't worry about using this property or Marcos...your in safe hands and you wont be dissapointed.

We definitely loved staying here. Marcos is a super host, very friendly, with a lot of knowledge about the area, where to go, where to eat like a local and a lot of authentic things in the apartments. Very unique. We appreciate his time and making us feel like home. From there is just a ride for 15 or 20 minutes to go to spectacular places. We went to Lake Garda, and Gardaland Park for our kids and enjoyed very much our stay. Thank you Marcos, see you some day in Puerto Rico.

Die beiden Wohnungen sind perfekt und sehr phantasievoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich hat etwas enttäuscht. Die Bezeichnung Wald am Fluß ist etwas irreführend. Das Haus liegt nicht in einem Wald. Der Grillplatz bzw. der Garten ist auch nicht wirklich ein Garten - mehr ein Innenhof. Und auf der anderen Seite des Hauses geht leider eine doch recht stark befahrene Straße. Ausgeglichen wird das Ganze aber dann doch durch den kurzen und schönen (aber steilen) Weg zum Fluß und der alleinige Platz am Fluß. Der Vermieter Marco war sehr hilfsbereit und man kann ihn einfach alles zur Umgebung und Freizeitaktivitäten fragen. Er spricht perfekt Englisch.

Marco is such a true gem. A wonderfully decorated house, very unique and quirky. Our group arrived for a four nights stay for day trips to wineries, Verona, and Lake Garda. The proximity to the areas best sites is really what makes the place work so well. The river at the bottom of the hill is a nice spot to wake up with your coffee. We didn't do any cooking in the house but that option is certainly there and also a nice little osteria within walking distance. 15 min to Verona and 15 min to the lake. The Valpolicella Superiore region is also no more than 15 min north. Well done Marco!! Bravo!!

Entrambi gli appartamenti sono esattamente come si vedono dalle foto, caratteristici e ben forniti. Il proprietario é stato molto accogliente con noi e disponibile. Da ritenere in considerazione per le future vacanze!

Wir waren eine Woche in Manticus 1 und 2. Pünktlich bei der Ankunft war Marco, ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, zur Stelle und hat uns die Wohnungen, den Aussenbereich mit Parkplätzen u den Fluss gezeigt. Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber u schön eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum grillen und chillen ein. Gelegen in einem ruhigen Dorf nahe dem See und Verona. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
