Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein echtes Schmuckstück: Direkt an der Uferpromenade gelegen mit Blick auf den Ammersee, zentral in Herrsching in Nähe zu vielen Restaurants, Biergärten etc. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und erstklassig ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an keinem Detail und falls doch, kommt der Gastgeber unverzüglich und schafft Abhilfe. Es ist schon beachtlich, wie gründlich die Einweisung erfolgt, welche Informationen zum Ort, zur Infrastruktur und möglichen Ausflügen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Dank einem Außenstell- und einem Tiefgaragenplatz ist auch die in Herrsching am Wochenende etwas angespannte Parkplatzsituation kein Problem. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

This beautiful well maintained two bedroom apartment is perfectly located in the best location in Herrsching overlooking the lake with the promenade right outside your front door. From the minute we booked this apartment for two couples, the owner was incredibly prompt and thoughtful with the communication. He accommodated our arrival, welcomed us warmly, and provided us with very useful and complete information regarding our stay. (This was truly exceptional service!) The apartment itself is very well appointed and worked very well for two couples as it has two bedrooms and one and a half baths. The pictures and the listing are completely accurate so you know exactly what you will be getting during your stay. It is very comfortable and nicely decorated with many conveniences. The apartment is perfectly located close to local shops and restaurants as well as the train station into Munich so you really could do without a car if you wanted to. We did have a vehicle and had access to an outdoor or underground parking stall which we used. The modern kitchen is well equipped with all the equipment and tools you will need for making casual meals. We tended to eat breakfast in and then have supper at one of the recommended restaurants in the area. The location of the apartment was very convenient for going to Neuschwanstein, Dachau, Andech's Abbey, Mittenwald, Garmisch-Partenkinkirschen, Munich, Starnberg, and many other sites in the Bavarian region. We did take the train into Marienplatz in Munich (as suggested by the owner) and the train was easy to take and took away any of the hassles of parking in a busy city centre. But just enjoying the pleasures of walking the promenade and having a beverage at one of the various outdoor establishments overlooking the lake might be our favourite memory. Overall, we have stayed at a number of HomeAway or VRBO properties in Europe, Canada, and the United States, and I can honestly say that the property and the service provided by the owner is right at the top. A week is really not enough in this part of the world - and at this beautiful property -- so plan accordingly.

Die Lage an der Seepromenade ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten am See und in die Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, wir kommen bald Mal wieder.

Im April 2018 verbrachten meine Frau und ich einen elftägigen Urlaub am Ammersee und wohnten in der Holiday-Ferienwohnung in Herrsching. Diese Wohnung ist modern, perfekt, hochwertig bis ins Detail und gekonnt gestaltet. Es fehlt an nichts. Vier Fernseher für eine vierköpfige Familie z.B. Sollten reichen. Highlight für uns zwei schon jenseits der 80 war der 65 cm lange Schuhanzieher. Großartig der Panoramablick vom Balkon. Wer es im Urlaub so richtig schön haben und auf nichts verzichten will, hier ist er richtig.

Wohnungsübergabe reibungslos und flexibel. Gute Einführung. Wohnung edel, modern und sehr stimmig eingerichtet, alles vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Lage excellent, gute Parkmöglichkeiten draußen und drinnen (etwas eng). Beste Ferienwohnung, die ihr bisher angemietet haben.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich ein Traum! Sie ist perfekt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, alles war blitzsauber. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen von Herrn Hassenbach eine Einweisung für alle technischen Geräte, die Wohnung ist mit sämtlichen Raffinessen ausgestattet. Sämtliche Angaben waren noch schriftlich hinterlegt in einem Ordner, der außerdem alle wichtigen Tipps über den Ort enthielt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls perfekt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, vom Bahnhof sind es nur 3 Minuten. Da wir mit der Bahn gekommen sind, spielte das eine große Rolle! Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für die wunderbaren Tage am Ammersee!

Wir haben uns in den 6 Tagen, die wir in dieser Wohnung verbracht haben, sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung im Vorfeld waren schon sehr positiv, die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht darum, dass alles reibungslos klappt. War auch alles einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist super schick, modern und sehr durchdacht, alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr bequeme Betten, auf Qualität wurde viel Wert gelegt und für mich, als Allergikerin das wichtigste, die Wohnung ist Tip Top sauber. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön und die Ruhe war sehr angenehm. Von uns 5 Sterne (mehr gibt's ja leider nicht) für einen tollen Kurzurlaub. Liebe Grüße aus Aurich Gerlinde und Arno Janssen

You might not think of the Ammersee when visiting Bavaria but this place was perfect. An easy train ride to Munich and a beautiful drive through the country side to visit all the castles in the area. Best of all you come back to these fantastic sunsets, walks on the promenade , lovely restaurants and you very own villa. The villa is as beautiful as the photos and filled with wonderful little touches that make you feel at home. Stephen is a great host from the first contact to meeting us there and the incredible orientation book he has created. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and have never seen such a comprehensive book! He was in contact with us all though our stay. 5 stars maybe too low for this beautiful property!

Absolutely beautiful apartment and with amazing view and location on Ammersee - wow!! Stephan communicated with us so well from the booking day through the last day of our vacation. While we were in Germany - we were able to communicate with him via Whatsapp. Stephan met us at the apartment, made us feel at home immediately, and walked us through giving us detailed information. Very clean and stylish apartment!! Perfect balcony with incredible views of the lake. So close to the S-Bahn to go to Munich or anywhere in Germany. Walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, bars, Etc, Andechs, the ferry that takes you around the lake, and so many other options. We only went into Munich 3 times during our 10 day visit ... Because we never wanted to leave Herrsching and the apartment :-)) The boardwalk in front of the apartment is fantastic with great bars, beautiful walk ... Bier gardens ... Cafes ... Boat rentals.
