This fantastic 6 bedroom beach house is located in the beautiful town of Currarong on the northern side of the Jervis Bay Marine Park, NSW south coast. Currarong is one of the most spectacular beaches in Jervis Bay area and is "dog friendly" The large house has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate 2nd living area, making it ideal for 2 families to share. Comfortably sleeping 14 people this home has been stylishly redecorated in 2017 to retain the best of its retro 1970’s heritage. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom laundry. Upstairs consists of a further 4 bedrooms and bathroom. The magnificent huge open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room opens out onto the view and is flooded with natural light. Positioned high in town this house backs onto the the spectacular national park and has sweeping views across the town to the sea and mountains. An 800m walk gives you a choice of beaches and rock pools, bush walks and bike trails. Currarong is 20 minutes drive east of Nowra, a convenient 2.5 hour drive from Sydney, and 3 hour drive from Canberra. Yes ten! •Plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery and pots for easy entertaining •Lock up garage with table tennis and darts, and overflow drinks fridge •Easy access to all the beautiful bushwalks, beaches, fishing and water sports of the Beecroft penninsula and the Jervis Bay national park. •Dogs permitted but garden at rear is not fenced to the national park, so pets can be secured outside on the front balcony. Please not on furniture and remember tick and flea prevention. All rates include cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are not routinely provided but can be arranged at an additional fee.
