There is also space for a kitchen table and chairs for a breakfast brunch. One large double bedroom and a separate large bathroom complete the accommodation. Free wi-fi included. Only 3 miles east of Chichester and short drive from Arundel, there are many attractions nearby. Chichester has the Cathedral, Festival theatre, large shopping centre and leisure centre. Arundel offers many attractions including castle, wildlife wetlands, cricket ground, cathedral plus interesting shopping centre. Tangmere has a local shop, for last minute shopping and all basic needs. As former Battle of Britain village it houses the Tangmere military Aviation museum, which is within walking distance and has been a popular attraction for military enthusiast since opening in 1982. Set on the former RAF Tangmere airfield the museum is home to countless fascinating exhibits. At the 800 year old church, WW2 wargraves can also be found. Several excellent beaches and Chichester Harbour are less than 10 miles away and it is just outside the boundaries of South Downs National Park. Goodwood House, golf course, motor racing circuit and race course are within 2 miles and Fontwell race course is only 3 miles away. West Dean College and the Weald and Downland outdoor museum are 10 minutes distant by car.

Would be very happy to return when circumstances more favorable
Wisteria Way is a very spacious, comfortable and well appointed garden flat with pleasant outside space.Its well situated for touring the local area,good mini market nearby but no pub within a short walk.Amiable and helpful owners on site. Some poorish weather & lockdown clipped our wings a bit so would definitely consider a return visit especially as it's not an area we know well.

What a lucky find - just perfect!!
Excellent accommodation for 2 people, very near Chichester and other places of interest. Spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming - a peaceful location. Off road parking provided.

great apartment
Matched pictures. Warm and welcoming. Owners friendly. IN quiet residential area. Not close for walking to a pub, Would stay again.

garden flat st andrews lane tangmere good place to stay
This is a comfortable flat and both well situated and equipped it is an easy drive to any of the local places of interest we both enjoyed our stay in this lovely part of England.

Ein sehr nettes Haus in ruhiger Lage.
Alles im Haus war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Es war sehr geraümig, sehr gut ausgestattet und der Garten ausreichend. Die Versorgung war im Ort durch einen Supermark sehr einfach. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung ist es gut gelegen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Kommunikation verliefen völlig unkompliziert.

Wonderful holiday location, lovely property
This is a lovely property in a peaceful location with lots of places to visit and beautiful walks close by. Arundel Castle is a real must see and there was an exhibition by local artists in the town the day we were there. Our landlord and landlady were very welcoming and knowledgable about the area. The booking service was easy and efficient. Highly recommended on every count.

Perfect Location
We have stayed at 5a St Andrew's Lane on two occasions.The location is ideal for visiting family and friends.It is a one-bedroom flat with all the amenities you could wish for.Comfortable bed,sufficient hanging space for clothes.Compact but very serviceable kitchen with all mod cons,inc frideg/freezer, washing machine.Large shower-room/wc.Comfortable sitting-room with tv,radio/cd plaver and dvd player.The owners,who live at No 5 are ver welcoming and obliging.A perfect location at the endof a small upmarket development.Ideal for visiting Goodwood,Petworth,Portsmouth and the beautiful city of Chichester,five minute drive away.It is for couples only

Extremely comfortable flat, pleasant surroundings, very spacious
My husband and I booked this flat for 5 days. It was very well appointed and we were very comfortable. There was information about local attractions, some maps, novels, dvds and cds in the lounge room. There was extra linen in the bedroom should we need it. The kitchen was very well equipped and contained some extra pantry items which made cooking that much easier. We were invited to use the whole of the yard during our stay. Our hosts indicated that one part of the yard they considered ours so wouldn't be likely to be in it. The location of the flat suited us ideally as we were visiting relatives in Chichester and exploring the area.

If the booking is made less than 60 days before the start date, the full balance will be required. A security deposit of £150 is required when the balance is paid. Payment can be made by debit card or credit card, but please note that there is a surcharge of 3% for credit card payments. For short breaks the following tariffs apply: 3 nights:75% of the weekly rent. 4 nights 80% of the weekly rent. 5 nights 85% of the weekly rent. 6 nights: 90% of the weekly rent.
