Great stay, very clean and great location.
Lovely cottage, had everything we needed for our week long stay. Good location for visiting the causeway, and other tourist attractions.

Fantastic Cottage in Bushmills
Stayed in Cottage from 20th September 2019 to 22nd September 2019 and had a great time. The cottage is very clean and comfortable (it is sitting perfect) and feels like home from home. Irene is a great host who always goes the extra mile, from meeting at the property and showing how everything works, to leaving delicious home baked goods to meeting when you are leaving. It is the best place we have ever stayed in - would highly recommend booking this cottage.

Fantastic stay in Bushmills
This is our second booking with Irene, choosing here for our 25th wedding anniversary weekend. Super friendly and makes some of the best chocolate cake ever!! Spotless accommodation, off road parking, wi-fi, right in the middle of the town. We dined in Tartine, breakfast in The French Rooms and enjoyed a drink in the Bushmills Inn. All of these are within 5 minutes walk, maximum. I'll probably be back before the new year and I only live 20 minutes away, that's how much I enjoy this gem.

Lovely place, great location, felt like home-from-home
Irene was super friendly and very welcoming, making us all feel comfy and relaxed. The location is great for the many beautiful destinations along the coast there. My boys and I both agree that it was an excellent holiday house for us, and as a result, a great holiday. Thanks Irene.

Bushmills Cottage
What a brilliant place . Was proud to be Irish and to show my Swiss husband how nice the Irish are .... Irene was brilliant. Very prompt at answering my e mails and so welcoming when we arrived at the cottage. She had baked us a cake and had added a little touch to personalise it for my son who was celebrating his birthday. There was a bowl of chocolates and coffee , milk etc. The cottage is lovely and was well heated which we appreciated after being out in the rain and cold. It is well situated for seeing the lovely coast , Giants Causeway etc. I definitely recommend this place you cannot fault it.

Excellent, Home from Home.
Just enjoyed a 2 night stay over the Bank Holiday Weekend. This is our 4th time staying at Irene's cottage. Irene is a lovely lady and her attention to detail is fantastic, the house is fully equipped spotlessly clean and the amazing touches as leaving tea, coffee, milk, sugar and other condiments as well as baking fresh cupcakes and leaving a big bowl of sweets for the children what more can i say. i stayed with my wife and 2 boys aged 16&11, we had a great time and cant wait to stay here again. A big thank you to Irene from the Taylor family Bangor Co.Down.

'Tweenager' Birthday Sleepover 😊
Speedy response to enquiry from the owner. Whilst there were other cheaper options, I opted to go with this property given the pleasant interaction and friendliness of the owner from the outset. Reason for my visit - my daughter's 13th birthday party. So I was looking for somewhere handy to amenities, that was clean, tidy and would appeal to a small group of pre-teen girls! We weren't disappointed! Irene welcomed us to her property with a fabulous pink fluff cake made specially for my daughter. She was thrilled. The house is warm, cosy and has everything you need! Fresh coffee, tea, milk and even a bowl of sweets! Most important for the girls was wifi! It worked brilliantly so there was no loss of social media contact; more's the pity! The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the local cafe for lunch and treated ourselves to frys on Sunday morning. It is close to Portrush and Coleraine. Plenty to see and do. We had a fab time. Sadly we were only there for one night but I am sure we will be back. Thank you Irene for your warm welcome and hospitality 😀 That fluff cake (with fresh strawberries making up the figure 13; how thoughtful), will be a talking point for years to come!

Irish hospitality at it's best
The cottage was a perfect place for our family to spend time together in Ireland. The cottage is immaculate, updated and centrally located to all the major sights of Northern Ireland. The hostess, Irene, could not have been lovelier and more welcoming. She attributes this to "irish hospitality" but it's clear that Irene brings this to a whole new level. The cottage sets the bar high for any other rental out there.

This was the perfect getaway home....location, warmth, cozy and clean!!
Irene was the perfect host. We traveled with my husband and 4 young boys ages 10,8,6,4. She welcomed us with fresh milk and tea/coffee and chocolate's for the boys. The house was the perfect location. It was right in the heart of the town. It was the cleanest place I think I have ever stayed in. Her attention to detail was superb. She had everything from movies for children, to the amenities in the kitchen, to the house being so clean and tidy. I highly recommend this to any family looking for lodging in Bushmills.
