Lovely cottage in a good location!
Stayed here for a work trip. Lovely, well appointed kitchen with all you need for a few days stay.
The living space was small perhaps for 5 people - but very well appointed and comfortable with a lovely style. The rooms were again lovely, and well appointed with towels and good bedding. The room in the out-building was the star of the show.
Also a bonus lovely garden space for a cup of coffee in the morning. Only slight issue is the hill you have to walk up from the town centre - could be difficult for those with mobility issues.
Would definitely stay again!

like being at home..............
We arrived on the Friday before Christmas and found the cottage to be full of surprises......the log store was full, the fridge had milk and the cupboards had all the essentials. We stayed a week and the offspring came with their offspring on Boxing day.............and we had a fabulous rest. Highly recommended for sure.

Full of character, comfortable, close to town, if quirky
10 mins walk to town centre (12 mins walk back - it is a steep hill!), parking nearby (little further up road or in road opposite).
The house plus annex slept 8 comfortably and would be ok with 9th in single bed in same room as a double. There was room for all of us to cook and sit to eat a meal. There were plenty of utensils, crockery, etc.
Rooms surprisingly large (given the frontage of the premises) over 3 storeys with one double bedroom in an annex out in the back garden.
The cottage is old - be prepared for low beams in ceilings and reasonably steep stairs.
One drawback is there's only one toilet/shower/wash room although we managed to get 8 persons showered and ready for presentation at a wedding without too much problem (the annex room also has its own wash basin). Anyone with mobility problems could find the toilet/shower/wash room opening directly onto the stairs an issue.
For us, it was an excellent choice and the quirky nature of the building was all part of the charm and fun.

Lovely cottage
It was a really great venue for a relaxing hen weekend in the picturesque Bradford on Avon. Beds were comfy and the cottage was perfect for what we were looking for. Highly recommended as a place to go with some friends for the weekend.

Gorgeous little house with everything you need!
Great location, only a 5 minute walk into town and some great pubs nearby (The Dandelion was lovely). The house has a lovely outside area which is perfect for alfresco dining and the interior is lovely and quaint with all the mod cons (wifi, tv, radio, etc).
Perfect house for a getaway!
