The property is south facing and enjoys stunning views to the Caha Mountains and Beara Peninsula. Coss Strand, Pat Spillane's Bar, the Ring O'Kerry Golf and Country Club, Templenoe Pier and the forest walks of Dromore Wood are all within 5 minutes' driving distance.

The house is level throughout and is ideal for people of reduced mobility (owner is a wheelchair user). Free WiFi. See below for further details.

House as described on site. Main bathroom wheelchair accessible, but ensuite not - we were made aware of this before we booked. The location is suitable for anyone who wants a quiet retreat but also ideal for doing the Ring of Kerry.

A modest comfortable house. The heating system needed a bit of trial and error to get it up to speed. The timber provided for the open fire proved too substantial in the form of substantial logs. As no means of splitting was available this proved...More

A security deposit of EUR 100.00 (EUR 150.00 per week of stay in winter, or as otherwise agreed with you) is payable in cash to our local agent at time of key collection. This will be refunded at time of departure once the Central Heating Oil and Electricity bills have been paid. PLEASE NOTE that this Security Deposit is additional to the Damage Deposit payable to Holiday Lettings/Tripadvisor at time of reservation. Assuming no damage, the Damage Deposit of €150.00 payable to Holiday Lettings/Tripadvisor at time of reservation is refundable by Holiday Lettings/Tripadvisor following the guest's departure.
Rental period: From 4.00 p.m. onwards on date of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on date of departure (except by prior arrangement). We are glad to be flexible with arrival and departure times, where possible.
