Outside this pretty holiday cottage, you will find a large landscaped garden with garden furniture perfect for alfresco dining or enjoying the views This holiday cottage oil central heating and electricity. Wi-Fi is available and included in the rental fee. Towels are also provided. Off street parking is available for two cars at this holiday cottage. Please note there is a small seasonal water drain in the garden. Fleur Holiday Cottage & Kizzie Holiday Cottage – Sleeping 8 Fleur Holiday Cottage is ideally located beside Kizzie Holiday Cottage, the perfect holiday destination for a group get-together with friends or family gathering in Ireland. Kizzie Holiday Cottage sleeps 2 guests and Fleur Holiday Cottage sleeps 6 guests making them an ideal base for a group of 8. These ideally located holiday cottages in Killorglin have been tastefully refurbished, both oozing charm and character. Please note one of single beds in Fleur Holiday Cottage is only suitable for a child. Local area & Tourist Attractions The picturesque town of Killorglin is situated on the Ring of Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way. This vibrant town is within walking distance, being just over a mile away and contains the ruins of Castle Conway. Things to do in the local area: - Golfing: Dook’s Links Course - Glenbeigh Village - Castlemaine Harbour - Dingle town - Killarney town - Kenmare town - Skellig Michael Island - Killarney National Park - Muckross House Gardens & Traditional Farm - Glenbeigh Racing Festival in August IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity: Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €7.50 per day during the off-peak season. And utilities are included in the total cost during the peak season. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
