The property consists of a main house with a total living area of approx 230sqm and a small guest cottage offering one bedroom with stove and a shower room. They cottage is included once there are over 8 people staying. The main house offers three comfortable bedrooms, a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a fully tiled bathroom. The property boasts a vaulted ceiling and high quality materials such as Canadian maple flooring, picture windows, a working fireplace etc. The living room has large patio doors opening out to the gardens and the terraced area. The main house conists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 family room with twin beds and bunk beds. There is a 50inch flat screen TV in the lounge area with top of the range stereo system and DVD player. The dining area comfortably sits 10-12 and the kitchen is fully fitted for anyone with the inclination to cook or bake while on holiday.All rooms are south facing and have views out over the gardens and Bantry Bay.There is 1 full bathroom with stand alone shower and bath, and 1 washroom containing toilet and sink. The cottage sleeps 2 in twin beds and has a couch, stove and shower room. There are books, board games and DVD's available on the mezzanine to while away the time during rainy days.
