The sitting room enjoys an unusual layout and shape, creating lots of space and plenty of places to sit together, and opens into the dining room on one side. Beyond the dining room is the separate conservatory with raised ceiling, where you can enjoy a little quiet time and take in the lovely, long-distant views over the garden across the beautiful surrounding greenery. Outside you’ll find a separate, well-equipped utility room, perfect for storing and drying walking equipment. There are also large lawned areas wrapping around the property, where you can settle with a picnic or let the little ones stretch their legs. This home was perfect for our large family group. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. The whole house was clean and well equipped. My 2 year old grandson loved the cows in the backyard! We especially enjoyed the location of this home...More

Very comfortable house with great kitchen and lots of room for everyone. Karen, the manager, was very responsive to our needs, even coming over in the evening to help us sort out the TV ( would have liked BBC, CNN etc, but could access Netflix)....More

We stayed in Orchard House for New year and can't say enough about it. 3 families, 15 in total and had plenty of space. The living area plus the kitchen were extra large and then with the dining room we all had loads of room...More

We stayed for a week after a family wedding in Spanish point, extended family from Australia, Hong Kong, the US and Ireland. Grand parents, siblings and grandchildren all had plenty of space in the multiple reception rooms and each bedroom being ensuite meant no one...More
