Overall lovely, clean and spacious cottage. Could have done with a few hooks in bathroom for towels. 3 adults sharing same bathroom meant not all towels could be hung on radiator and only one hook on door. Would recommend cottage. We were lucky that there was no one next door so very quiet. from other guests comments sometimes noisy neighbours.

We had a lovely time at Wagtail Cottage, quality time with the family. Had to cut our stay a night short as my husband was unwell, but apart from that it was great. Hope to return some time.

Wagtail Cottage is excellent. Unfortunately our stay was spoilt to an extent by very inconsiderate people in the adjoining cottage who were extremely noisy. Would stay here again though as no problems with the cottage itself.

10 of us have just got back from a long weekend away at both cottages it was an amazing weekend everyone loved it. Very clean, hot tub was amazing and could of asked for it to be any different. Thank you!

Cottage was in a lovely position. Easy to find. Very spacious and comfortable. A few negative niggles; No welcome pack, not even a pint of milk, which is fairly standard now. Garden is not secure. It is a ranch type fence that dogs (and toddlers) could just walk through. No manual explaining eg how to work oven, change radiator temperature, when to put out bins, good local pubs etc. Overall a very pleasant stay and these niggles can be easily remedied.
