At 700 m. you may visit local market area such as coffee shops, restaurants, mini market etc. or even organized beach.
At 200 m. you may visit isolated-not organized beach.
At 3 km. you may visit the sanctuary of Artemis goddess and archeological Museum of Vravrona.
For a daily trip to the remote islands, you can take the ferry from the port of Rafina which is located just 30 min . from the Villa.
The International Airport is located just 13 min. away!
In just 50 m. there is a bus-stop which ends to subway station 'Nomismatokopio' in 40 min. From there you may take the subway and visit down town Athens, Acropolis, Museums etc.
