OUTSIDE fully furnished stone paved spacious area with Private Pool ( with jacuzzi and reverse swimming ), outside shower, WC, kiosk with BBQ, kitchen and covered dining area.
Gardens with many varieties of herbs and colourful Mediterranean flowers, grass lawn, trees, shrubs, cactus and vineyard.
In the FIRST FLOOR there are one master bedroom with en suite bath, a very spacious living room with large dining area and fire place corner, a storage room and a separate fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
A comfortable staircase and an elevator is leading to the SECOND FLOOR where there are the main master bedroom with en suite bath and walk-in wardrobe, one large double bedroom, one with twin beds, a full bathroom with jacuzzi and separate gym room.
From the living area and the kitchen through large openings direct access to spacious veranda furnished to enable you to dine outside. The three bedrooms in the upper floor have direct access in large private verandas with comfortable furniture.

Spacious and stylish villa with everything we wished for
We had a truly enjoyable stay at Villa Abelos. Completely comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The villa has suitable indoor and outdoor facilities. The house leaves nothing to be wished for and I might say it is nicer than it already looks on the pictures.

Amazing Greek Hospitality
We stayed at the Villa in August 2018. Even before we arrived the owner, Christina, helped us with our plans arranging a taxi from the cruise terminal for us. We arrived very early at 10am and Christina and Nik greeted us warmly letting us straight into the house and offering help to collect our hire car and to go take us to the supermarket for supplies. We were also greeted with Greek biscuits and a beautiful luxury chocolate cake as well as wine, fruit, home pressed olive oil and drinks in the fridge.
The Villa itself is beautifully decorated and well thought out to be both comfortable and luxurious.There are so many terraces and balconies there wasn’t time to try them all in the week we were there. This meant there was always shade if you needed it. The gated garden is large and comfortable and the pool welcoming and just the right size with the endless swimming function to keep us all entertained. The covered eating area was so comfortable with its own fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer and barbecue. Each day we enjoyed breakfasts of Greek yoghurt with fresh figs and honey, juicy nectarines and fresh eggs and bread on the terrace.
The area itself was lovely, mainly visited by local Greeks rather than international tourists. All the people we met were friendly and welcoming to us. There were beaches nearby (Christina recommended a perfect beach bar and restaurant), and beautiful local bakeries selling fresh bread, gateaux, cakes, baklava and other Greek delicacies as well as amazing fish markets and greengrocers selling delicious fruit like nothing you can buy in the UK. We took a drive to the temple of Poseidon at sunset which is unmissable and it was easy to take the metro into Athens. There is also a MacArthur Glen shopping outlet and shopping centre a short drive away. As we went in August, I expected it to be unbearably hot, but actually the local climate was very pleasant. There was always a breeze which kept the temperature comfortable.
The beautiful house and location would have been great in themselves, but it was the hosts set this holiday experience apart from others we have experienced. Christina and Nik looked after us so attentively and were such genuinely lovely warm people that by the end of the holiday we were saying a sad goodbye to valued family friends (They both came to the airport to wave us off and help transport our luggage). Thank you Christina and Nik for an amazing and unforgettable holiday. We definitely want to visit again

Amazing villa and Host!
We have been holidaying in villas with pools for 20 years and this beautiful villa on the outskirts of Athens is now our favourite.
Villa Abelos has all the things you would expect for a rental of this price. Beautiful pool, a view of the sea, close to the beach, great surrounding amenities and easy access to Athens. But it was the things you did not expect that made our stay very special.
Terrace dining for breakfast and a different one for dinner. Cooking utensils and appliances that made our well stocked kitchen at home look sparse. A pool barbecue area with a separate fully functioning kitchen attached. Furnishings and decorating that were truly beautiful. So much space that 7 people could live together and yet have their own privacy. I could go on, but the best thing is to come and see for yourself.
But the true magic was Christina herself. A wonderful host to whom we are so grateful for letting us rent her amazing home. A personal greeting at 4am when we arrived severely delayed, emergency grocery shopping so we were stocked up when we woke next morning. Booking super restaurants in the local area and Athens and joining us with her husband Nik for our Barbecue with some amazing Greek cuisine.
We were genuinely sad to leave but even more excited to return. A very special place, thank you Christina

Wonderful trip with the beautiful villa
We had one week holiday in Greece this summer. We were 2 families in the villa and had great time over there. The owner is so nice and friendly as a family person, the location of villa is near the beach, and very clean inside, we were enjoyed the pool and BBQ time in the garden with our children, everything was perfect, we will miss it a lot, thanks again

The best holiday rental we have ever had!
This luxury villa definitely lives up to its billing. The villa is beautiful inside and out and the photos, though great, don't do it justice. It was spotlessly clean and Christina had thought of absolutely everything a family would need to enjoy a trouble free stay. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of outdoor space. It is a sea salt pool, not chlorine, which helped with the long hours my children seemed to spend in it. The outside has a kitchen area fully equipped alongside a barbecue and seating area. An outdoor restroom and shower is also provided.
Inside the villa, there is amazing space for our family of 6. We have teenagers and young children and it was ideal for us. The wifi isn't very strong but my husband worked when we were there and had few issues.
A special mention needs making of the wonderful host, Christina. We had personal difficulties when we were there and she was just amazing, going above and beyond what could have been expected. There were tears when we left on the last day.
As a family we thoroughly recommend this rental. It is 15 minutes from the airport (although ask Christina to order taxis for you rather than picking them up at the airport if you don't rent a car - drivers are reluctant to take such a small fare given the current economic situation). Artemida itself is reflective of the Greek financial struggles over recent years but there are plenty of great restaurants. We sincerely hope it picks up. Rafina is also near by with beautiful beaches.
Excellent venue, excellent value, amazing warm and friendly host.

Within a short drive from the villa there are very beautiful beaches, restaurants, Greek taverns, seafood taverns, coffee shops, nightclubs, bars, supermarkets, shops of all kinds, medical services, banks and all kinds of water sports. Less than 10 minute drive you will find the McArthur open air shopping center ( built like a small village ) and the Smart Park open air mall with lot of entertainment, shopping, coffee places, restaurants and much more. Also, in the same area there is the Attica Zoological Park, the biggest animal park in Greece with over 2.000 animals from 350 species. -A lot of archaeological sites near by, including temple of Artemis and the temple of Poseidon.
