We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Gonfaron in the Var, this charming villa with swimming pool, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy the pool and a garden of about 1 500 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Access to the terrace from the living room, the veranda and the bedroom. On the first floor : - Bedroom 2: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and its adjoining shower room with double basin. Access to the balcony from where you can enjoy the view comfortably installed in the chilienne. - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200). - A relaxation area with a sofa bed (double). - A shower room with double basins and shower - Separate toilet. Exterior Facing south, you can enjoy a beautiful enclosed garden of 1 500 m² and a swimming pool (private, not heated, size 11x6). It can be used from May to October, under favourable weather conditions, and is equipped with an alarm system. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in Gonfaron, in a very pleasant environment, 10 minutes walk from the town centre. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Nearby: - Notre Dame des Anges located 8 km away (20 minutes by car) - Le Lavandou at 35 km (58 minutes by car) - Saint-Tropez 39 km (54 minutes by car) - Fréjus is 51 km (46 minutes by car) away - Hyères is 45.4 km (40 minutes by car) away - Toulon located at 44.5 km (44 minutes by car) Activities : Many activities are possible in the surroundings according to your desires: nature, animal encounters, equestrian centres (Montarines stables), golf (Gof du Barbadoux), thrills (karting, parachuting, ULM), beaches (within a 50 km radius - l'Argentière, l'Almanarre, l'Ayguade)... Visit of Notre-Dame des Anges... But also Six Fours plage, Fréjus, St Raphaël, etc... Don't hesitate to share your beautiful discoveries with us! Markets : Below is a selection of markets in the region: - Tuesday: Garéoult market. We recommend that you arrive early to avoid the crowds at this popular market! - Wednesday: Provencal market in the village of Besse sur Issole. - Sunday: Vidauban Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park in the courtyard of the villa. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Gonfaron train station located 1 km away (12 minutes on foot) - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport located 38 km away (42 minutes by car). Other remarks: - A completely separate annex located in the backyard of the dwelling may be occupied by the owners. In this case, the parking can be shared. - 2 baby high chairs and a second baby bed are at your disposal. - The whole house is air-conditioned. - A small camera films the entrance to the gate. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Conciergerie Eau Var Nettoyage (concierge / housekeeping service). The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
