No. 7 is located on the ground floor of a traditional Lakeland building. Situated in Portinscale adjacent to Derwentwater and just 15 minutes walk from Keswick, the location is ideal for exploring the Northern lakes, with many walks from the doorstep.

There is private, off-road car parking immediately in front of the apartment. A private entrance leads to an inner hallway with storage space for coats and boots. Outside there is a secure bike store and drying room for wet clothing, conveniently located next to Number 7.

The property has gas central heating with individual radiator thermostats and on-demand hot water.

The open plan living/dining room is spacious with a comfortable sitting area equipped with internet enabled television providing catch up services and DAB radio. Free Wifi Broadband is available for your use.

Just back from this little gem. It was our first visit and we hope it won't be our last. Beautifully decorated, selflessly clean and very well equipped. The Farmers Arms is a great pub only a short walk away and the Chalet across the road...More

This is a lovely apartment, and is just as nice on our second visit. Keswick and Lake Derwentwater are close by, and walking into Keswick and back is about 1 mile. The apartment was spotless and has everything you might want. There is a modern...More

Just returned from a week's holiday at Harney peak, the apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard, ideal location to Keswick, Will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family and will definitely be back ourselves, thanks Christine & Paul.
