Hirwaun Cottage is a traditionally styled, semi-detached cottage with a beautiful high green oak beamed ceiling, underfloor heating, and a novel loft bedroom. Built on the foundations of the old dairy at Penwern Fach Farm, it is close to the village of Cenarth, in Carmarthenshire. The cottage has an “Escape to the Country” feel about it and offers a very high standard of accommodation. The expansive living area combines kitchen, lounge, and dining in an open-plan, family-friendly style that will appeal for a relaxing break away from it all. The quaint little village of Cenarth, famous for its waterfalls and salmon fishing, is close to the borders of Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, and Ceredigion, with easy access to the many attractions of the three counties. The 60-mile-long Ceredigion Coast Path is within easy reach, and walkers will love the spectacular scenery, quaint villages, and beautiful beaches. The historic town of Cardigan is a short drive away and has supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, independent shops, and a restored castle. ACCOMMODATION Hirwaun Cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin beds The double bedroom and bathroom are downstairs,so may be suitable for guests with restricted mobility.
