Beautiful and peaceful, ideal for people looking to be away from crowds and more immerse in the gorgeous ocean views and nature. Most restaurants do deliver which is a great plus… awesome staff always friendly and attentive to all our needs or questions,… loved loved the pool yet is deeper than what I expected so if you have little ones make sure you are prepared w floaters or life safe vests for safety…. We definitely will be back we enjoyed every minute of our stay and I’m sure you will too. Thank you Ted this was everything you said it would be, just perfect!

The owners were accessible all the time. The house has great views and it's located in a awesome beach only a few miles from the main town. Will recommended to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house and grounds are beautiful, couldn't ask for better. What made this the best was the fact that we had a person to cook our meals and clean up, and we just enjoyed our time there. The only negative was that the beach was not one where you could actually go swimming. We could have just driven a ways to find better beach access but the house, pool, and grounds were enjoyable enough. We would stay again for a longer time in the future if we return to Nicaragua for a longer vacation.

This is a Great House! A short drive from Managua but in a secluded area, this house provides great privacy and a real sense of getting away. The house and grounds are expansive allowing for plenty of space to socialize and relax. The furnishings are comfortable with ample seating for large groups. The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses were very comfortable. The master suite was super! I slept very well!! The staff were attentive and the owner was responsive to all queries before and during our stay. Any issues or needs that arose were addressed promptly. I would certainly reccommend renting this house.

The home is as beatiful as it looks on photos. The people nice and warm and Sarita cooks like a chef so nice and quiet. The home always clean. We would like to go back on vacation.

Our stay was fantastic. The home accommodates for a large group. The grounds are amazing, the beach access perfect and the pool is superb! We hired Sara to cook our delicious meals. Don't look anywhere else, just book this and you won't regret it! We can't wait to return one day soon.

It is great place. We had great time. The staff , Ted and Carmen were attentive and always willing to help. Make sure to check with the staff about any activity you want to do. They know people. Dont go by people that come around soliciting. If the opportunity is given again we will defenatelly consider this place.
