IN CASE YOU DON’T LIKE DOGS AT ALL TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS PLEASE INFORM US ABOUT IT ON YOUR ARRIVAL AND WE WILL MOVE IT TO OUR OTHER HOUSE FOR THE PERIOD OF YOUR STAY -THE GATE SHOULD BE CLOSED USING THE BYKE CHAIN. TO OPEN IT JUST TEAR IT UP(THERE IS NO CODE OR BLOCK, IT JUST FIXES THE GATE IN ORDER THAT THE DOG COULDN'T OPEN IT) -THE FINAL CLEANING IS ON US BUT PLEASE FOR THE MUTUAL RESPECT THROW THE GARBAGE AWAY THE DAY YOU LEAVE AND WASH THE DISHES. THE BINS ARE SITUATED AT THE GATE PLEASE CONSIDER THAT GARBAGE IS DIVIDED INTO PAPER (YELLOW BIN) , PLASTIC (BLUE BIN), GLASS (GREEN BIN) AND MIXED(GREY BIN) -FOR ANY INFO YOU CAN KNOCK US WE LIVE NEXT DOOR OR CALL US TO AVOID ALL MISUNDERSTANDINGS WE ASK YOU TO INFORM US ABOUT ALL PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY AS THEY APPEAR - Please send us always a message or an sms 1 hour or 30 min before your arrival so that we could prepare everything and have someone ready to meet you at the house. Sometimes the tel connection in Umbria region is not very good due to the mountains so the number can sound unavailable due to short connection gaps. That's why we ask you to sms us before. We care a lot about the respect for nature and the environment, we ask you to follow the rules below: - avoid leaving lights on when it is not strictly necessary. Check that the light at the entrance is turned off when it is not necessary (examle when you leave ) ; - avoid leaving electrical appliances on when not needed; - not to waste water as it is a precious commodity ; - not to throw litter (cigarettes , paper , organic waste , etc ...) into the river below or anywhere on the territory; The house is very well thermally isolated and needs to be aired once or several times a day to prevent moisture from accumulating inside, please open the windows of various rooms for 30-40 minutes a day. THE WASTE RECYCLING . IF YOU DO NOT SEPARATE WASTE PROPERLY We will have to charge EXTRA COST TO PERFORM THIS OPERATION . Treat the house with RESPECT, avoid damaging the structures. The final cleaning is included in the price,but the house must be returned in an ACCEPTABLE state If it needs an extraordinary cleaning, extra costs will be charged to restore the building to the original condition .
