Precioso ático de lujo,situado en pleno centro de Jerez de la Frontera. Amueblado y equipado a capricho. Situado en urbanización privada. El ático consta de una terraza privada de 72 metros cuadrados. Muy tranquilo pero con todos los servicios cerca. Inmejorable situación, te podras acercar al centro dando un paseo, dispone de garaje subterraneo privado para que no tengas que coger el coche si vas a a pasear por Jerez, desde la terraza se ve gran parte de la ciudad desde varias perspectivas.
Dispone de ascensor desde el mismo garaje
No se admiten mascotas dado el alto valor del mobiliario.

Excelente trato con el arrendatario, ático precioso con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax y disfrute, muy bien ubicado céntrico, y sin ruidos ni molestias exteriores ya que la zona es tranquila. Agradecidos🎉

Logement parfait et bien situé
Logement spacieux et grande terrasse. Idéalement situé pour visiter, proche du centre. Et le plus : il y a un parking ! Le propriétaire est très gentil et arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans problème !

Fantastic penthouse /appartment in the centre of old Jerez, but very quiet
The hospitallity and service of Jose is outstanding!! Every question is answered quickly (on whatts app).
Jerez is a beautifull but not very touristic place in Andalusië. It is about 15 km to the beach. Train to the beach every 30 minutes (same train line as to the airport).
Very nice musea and impressive churches. Visiting one of the sherry bodega’s is recomended.
Most nice spots and shopping area are on walking distance from the appartment.
Cycling in Jerez and on/near the Atlantic coast is easy/save. But cycling outside Jerez and to the coast is more difficult. No formal cycling paths present and mountain bikes are required.
The appartment/penthouse has a very big tarrace an sun beds are availlable.

Excellente situation pour visiter cette région andalouse,l'accueil de Jose Manuel est parfait,l'appartement aussi ,situé dans le calme et très bonne terrasse,manque un parrasol,parking souterrain pratique.Merci à vous José.

Perfecto
Todo perfecto, piso muy bien distribuido con todo de talle para hacer una estancia perfecta, la terraza genial para hacer ricas cenas a la fresca además se está muy tranquilo en el vecindario así que no tienes molestias de ruidos al rededor, la ubicación del piso es muy buena para pasear por el centro tranquilo y sin tener que coger el coche, y si te vas de turismo por otras poblaciones como hemos hecho nosotros perfecto ya que tienes parking y vas directo con ascensor hasta la plante del piso.
Sin duda volveremos a repetir.
El dueño es un encanto de persona muy amable y atento

Amazing!
This apartment is very clean, modern, specious, and I especially loved roof terrace! The location is very good, too. The owner Jose is very kind, even I don't speak Spanish, everything went smoothly.
I enjoyed very much staying here and I definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great apartment
This is a beautiful apartment. Well equipped , bright and cheerful.Fantastic terrace which gets the sun all afternoon Lovely location. We were a bit late arriving but Jose was most understanding. A short walk to all sights. Don't miss the train station, it is a fabulous building.

Best location plus kindest host makes for perfect break
In a quiet street with two brandy distilleries and a sherry bodega, this is a bright, light mderb apartment with a large roof terrace to relax on and take in the views.
It's a short but delightful walk to the town centre, much of it under a canopy of jacaranda trees.
It's the old Flamenco area, so listen out for the sound of small Flamenco schools while at a local bar.
Jose greeted s at the airport as old friends, and an hour later we were seated by the central food market watching the world go by over cold beers. Beautiful buildings, and not too touristy, Jerez is an ideal short break destination.
We tried to find something to fault, and finally agreed the apartment could do with a bit more in the way of cutlery and mugs and glasses. That's it!
