En sus 128 m2 utiles ,las estancias estan distribuidas de la siguiente manera: -Planta Baja : salon-comedor-cocina en un espactacular espacio  de seis metros de altura , 1 dormitorio doble con su baño completo incorporado.La planta baja del Loft es accesible a personas con movilidad reducida. -Planta Primera :un segundo dormitorio doble con su baño completo incorporado y un luminoso estar habilitado como zona de trabajo,que puede servir como tercer dormitorio al tener un sofa-cama.   * La capacidad máxima del Loft es de 6 personas . * La distribucion de las camas es la siguiente : - El dormitorio principal con cama de 160 cms. de ancho x 200 cms. de largo y capacidad para 2 personas. - Un segundo dormitorio con cama de 160 cms. de ancho x 200 cms de largo y capacidad para 2 personas. - Y un tercer dormitorio ( en las fotos aparece con dos mesas de trabajo) con  un sofa -cama doble que una vez abierto , se convierte en una amplia cama  de 140 cms. de ancho x 200 cms. de largo con capacidad para 2 personas . El habilitar la tercera cama de este tercer Dormitorio tiene un suplemento a pagar en el "check in" de 50 euros por estancia completa ( salvo que ya estuviera pagando el suplemento por el quinto o sexto huesped). * Posibilidad de APARCAMIENTO GRATUITO en un edificio contiguo a 20 metros del Loft. * En el precio se incluyen toallas y ropa de cama. * SMART TV 65 ". * Netflix . * Home Cinema-CD. * Aire Acondicionado ( Frio / Calor ) con sistema Fan Coil. * La piscina es COMUNITARIA. Se usa cloracion salina ( que no es agua salada ).Por tanto , la piel no se reseca y se pueden abrir los ojos dentro del agua sin que se irriten ( perfecto para los niños ). La temporada de piscinas funciona del 1 de Junio al 30 de Septiembre .Sin embargo , la Comunidad podria decidir extender o acortar ese calendario , y esa decision no dependeria de mi. *AVISO HUESPEDES CON NIÑOS PEQUEÑOS:Como se ve en las fotos , en el Loft hay escaleras y una barandilla diafana. * NOTA :Tenga en cuenta que los precios varian segun la temporada y los fines de semana y segun el numero de huespedes. .El precio que aparece es el precio base para 2 personas por noche. Sumar desde 15 eu. mas por persona extra y noche. * La estancia minima es de 3 noches . Durante Navidad y Semana Santa , la estancia minima sera de 4 a 6 noches . En verano sera de 7 noches. Eventualmente aceptaria estancias mas cortas cuando existan noches disponibles entre dos reservas confirmadas , para asi poder "llenar" el calendario.  Abierto a negociacion para estancias largas. * Deseo que los inquilinos se encuentren tan comodos como si estuvieran en su propia casa . De igual forma ,espero de ellos que cuiden el Loft como si fuera su propio hogar.  * TASAS OPCIONALES EXTRAS( seran pagadas en efectivo ) :-1.TASA DE LIMPIEZA :Antes de cada "check in" se realiza una limpieza profesional en todo el Loft. Asi que NO COBRO TASA DE LIMPIEZA DE ANTEMANO ,porque prefiero dar la oportunidad a mis huespedes de que se ahorren ese dinero ,si limpian el Loft ellos mismos a lo largo de su estancia ,y lo devuelven en las mismas condiciones de limpieza que cuando entraron.Pero si por alguna razon ( por estar justos de tiempo el dia de la salida o porque estan acostumbrados a tener servicio domestico en su casa ),decidieran no limpiar ,entonces deberan dejar en efectivo junto a las llaves ,una Tasa de Limpieza de 50 euros. Mejor asi que tener que reclamarlo a NIUMBA para que lo detraiga de la Fianza y que afecte negativamente a su "perfil"  como huesped . 2.-CADA HUESPED DESEA OCUPAR SU PROPIO DORMITORIO : -Si 2 huespedes no desean compartir la misma cama y desean ocupan cada uno un dormitorio diferente ,esto implicara una Tasa Fija de 30 euros por estancia completa.  - Si 3  ( o 4 ) huespedes desean ocupar cada uno de los dormitorios mas el sofa cama situado en la sala de trabajo , esto implicaria , ademas de marcar 3   ( o 4 )  huespedes como ocupacion a la hora de que NIUMBA calcule el presupuesto , una Tasa Fija de 30 euros por estancia completa. 3.-SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE A ESTACIONES O AEROPUERTOS: Avisando con cierta antelacion , un conductor privado podria recogerles / llevarles ( hasta un maximo de 4 personas) a las estaciones y aeropuertos de Sevilla y Jerez. El dia de su llegada,quedaremos en la siguiente dirección ( le enviare por whatsapp un localizador de dicho punto de encuentro ) : -Calle Puerta de Rota , esquina Calle Balderramas. Si llegaran en coche , hay una parada de autobús donde es posible parar el coche unos minutos ( no aparcarlo ). Cuando lleguen ,por favor me escriben y en 2 minutos me encontraría con ustedes.Descargaremos el equipaje,iremos a aparcar el coche en el Parking y después iremos al Loft para hacer el "check in ".Alli le entregaré las llaves,le explicaré las normas de la casa,el uso de los electrodomésticos ,y cualquier sugerencia de tipo turístico que les pueda ser de utilidad. Tambien firmaremos el Contrato de Alquiler y los Partes de Viajero para la Policia.

We had a fantastic 3 nights in Jerez staying in this wonderful apartment. From the moment we booked it Javier could not have been more helpful from arranging meeting us when we arrived to explaining how to use everything in the apartment. The loft apartment was just amazing - very high spec on everything. It even had remotes for the lights! Everything very clean and it had all we would need for our stay. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. Javier was extremely helpful with his local knowledge of Jerez. He also recommended restaurants which we just loved. It was a nice 10 minute stroll to the centre but we did take a taxi back at night - after a few sherries 😂. We would definately return to this apartment again. Thank you Javier for everything 😀

We had a great stay in Javier's loft, particularly appreciating the space. Javier himself was a most attentive host, personally giving us a thorough introduction to his property and taking the trouble to check during our stay on how things were going. His recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were spot on. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The photos reflect accurately what you will find on arrival. Cleanliness was first class. Thank you, Javier.

We needed to be close enough to the centre of Jerez to be able to walk to restaurants, to have a safe place to park, the use of a pool and the ability to drive to the beach. Javier's place fitted the bill very well and his attention to detail and incredibly hospitable nature made our stay so good. He was always in touch with instructions leading to our arrival and description of all amenities was most generous of him. When we struggled to get a taxi (because of our poor Spanish), we Whats App-ed him and it was all arranged for us. The Loft is a different space than a normal holiday rental but it is a large space and open plan so be aware that you will need to appreciate that style, it is a Loft after all. It is extremely well equipped with everything that you could need and more. I have not come across such a good host before so we really appreciated Javier's friendly and accommodating style. We are sure that you will enjoy staying here. We have reviewed several of the restaurants that Javier recommended as well - there are some lovely places to eat only 10 minutes walk away, Antonio's, La Cruz Blanca and slightly further afield (hence the taxi although we walked back) La Carbona. Just wished we had a few more days, enjoy.

It is unfortunate that we have to write this review, as the owner of the apartment seemed like a really genuine guy and many of our issues had nothing to do with him in all honesty. The building has the wow factor, but the description is not very accurate. The building is actually made up of numerous apartments, most of which are owned by locals who live there as their permanent residence. This is a major problem when sharing the pool, as the "community" who share the pool want a very quiet atmosphere around the pool. We came here on holiday with 2 children, one of which is disabled. It is very difficult to tell children to be quiet all day, especially one with Autism. The residents complained about our son using a doughnut in the pool because it was too large. My husband who is from this town, was not able to invite any family members to visit us, as again there were complaints. In the end we were blamed for all sorts, when we had not been anywhere near the pool. We were blamed for leaving clothes and rubbish. However there were other holiday makers who had also rented out apartments. My husband even made a video of some teenagers jumping into the pool at midnight, but that was obviously deemed okay by the residents, as they were Spanish and probably lived there. I might add that they were extremely noisy. Unfortunately, we found the complaints so upsetting, that in the end we did not use the pool for the rest of our holiday as were were too worried about upsetting the residents, which was a massive shame, as we had paid an extortionate amount for the apartment. The reason we do not believe the apartment was that luxurious was because everything was from Ikea and half the draws did not open or close properly. The towels were old and stained. The air con was good and the beds comfortable. The allocated parking was also a nightmare, as it was not easy to park in a very tight space which was located in a basement carpark on the next street. For the £3000 we paid for 6 people for two and a half weeks, we would have been better off renting a private villa with its own private pool, closer to the beach. Some residents were very friendly and some were clearly not happy to share the pool with tourists. This place is simply not for families and not for tourists who want to feel relaxed. There are too many rules and regulations and I would rather have stayed in a hotel. We booked through Airbnb, but missed our review cut off date.

It is obvious that the clear intention of your review is to attempt to discredit my Loft. Probably , the readers of your review will easily deduce that the problem was not with my property but with your behavior in the Condominium Swimming Pool. As it is clearly detailed in my add description , the Loft is part of a building ( an old XVIII century Sherry Winery ) and the swimming pool is a Condominium Swimmig Pool. Like in all Condominiums around the world , some Basic Rules have been defined in order to respect the other neighbors. And of course , as you were adviced , there are specific Rules for the Swimming Pool which are very simple : be respectfull with other neighbors keeping a quiet atmosphere in the pool ( literally as you said). Well , i have been renting my property since 2009 , i have host hundreds of guests ( tourists with kids included ) during these years , and your disrespectful and noisy behavior has caused me for the first time , serious problems with the Comdominium Administrator and my neighbours that i am still trying to solve. If you wanted to invite guests you should have asked for permission in advance , specially if you decided to invite more than 13 guests to celebrate a pool Birthday party once , and then , more guests invited to other pool parties during the next weekend. Of course the neighbors complained about that because it was not only your son using a large doughnut , but also your guests´ children using other doughnuts invading the whole swimming pool. And the problem was not with the kids, but with the irresponsible adults that were shouting , jumping diving inside the pool , smoking ( you knew it was extrictly forbidden ) , drinking and being very naughty. Kids will do what they see their parents doo ¡¡¡¡ Of course , next time i sincerely suggest you rent a whole Villa for yourself with swimming pool with a huge piece of land so you do not disturb your neighbors. But i am afraid that renting a Villa , with swimming pool , by the beach , for 6 people , during 2 weeks and half in August will cost you much, much more than 3000 pounds... The parking space i offered you for FREE is not tight at all. Its size is 3.10 meters wide and 4.80 meters long which is much wider than common parking places. Besides the parking has one entrance ramp and another exit ramp to make circulation much easier....Those kind of parking facilities are hard to find in the hystoric quarter of Jerez. Allthough the Loft has wasching machine and drier , i provided you 2 sets of towels ( bath + sink ) for each guest . And also , i provided courtesy beach towels for each guest. If one of them ( out of 30 towels provided ) had its colour stained ( which is different from old or dirty ), i apologise , but i provided you high quality linen ( 600 gr) mostly bought in Zara Home . There are more than 20 drawers in the Loft , and you are right , there is one that does not open properly. And yes , there is some furniture from Ikea...what is the problem with that ? I am an architect and interior designer and i you can get great results in decoration using some Ikea furniture mixed with other furniture. Probably for you a "Luxury decoration" means using Louis XV style pretentious furniture...Well , it is not my style as you could clearly see in the pics of my Loft. It is being really sad for me to answer to your malicious review , but after reading all those fake accusations , a clarification was needed.

Antes de nada agradecer a Javier que comparta su hogar con todos. Por que nuestra estancia en su loft fue maravillosa, un lugar donde encuentras calor de hogar, no faltaba ni un detalle, tanto en decoración, menaje, detalles en la cocina, donde no dan ganas de salir. Quedamos encantados tanto con el loft como con el trato recibido por parte de Javier, persona muy educada, agradable, cercana, atenta... Todo un profesional, en todo momento estuvo muy atento, explicándonos todo sobre el loft, restaurantes de la zona, lugares de interés etc. Decir que las estancias estaban muy limpias y cuidadas, cosa que como huésped se agradece y debemos también de cuidar para poder seguir disfrutando de dichas instalaciones. Decir también que posee garaje a pocos metros, por lo que no hay problema con el aparcamiento. Pensamos volver. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias por todo Javier.

hemos estado 2 dias y la verdad no he podido disfrutar al máximo de esta magnifica habitación ya que tiene recursos para no aburrirte, muy buena ubicación y limpieza y los precios bastante buenos para los servicios que ofrece en su interior. repetiré!!!

Primero quiero destacar la profesionalidad y amabilidad del propietario. Javier contacto conmigo a los pocos minutos de confirmar la reserva enviando detallada información sobre la propiedad , un borrador del contrato de alquiler que firmaríamos al llegar , normas de la casa , instrucciones para el día de la entrada y un archivo con sus recomendaciones turísticas destacadas para Jerez y la zona . Por cierto , muchas gracias por la sugerencia del Restaurante Arturo ... Espectacular . Javier nos estaba esperando en el punto acordado con una sonrisa ( y eso que llegamos más de una hora tarde debido a un retraso en el vuelo ) y nos dio todas las explicaciones necesarias sobre el Loft , la historia del edificio ( una inmensa bodega rehabilitada del siglo XVIII ) , el uso de los electrodomésticos, y sobre un plano de Jerez , se tomó la molestia durante media hora de explicarnos las cosas impredecibles que ver en Jerez. En cuanto a la propiedad , como destaco en mi título , realmente es de LUJO. El espacio del salón con 6 metros de altura , la acertada decoración moderna y cálida a la vez , y sobre todo , la amplitud de los espacios . También está equipado con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios y con un menaje de cocina más amplio que el que tengo en mi propia casa ...No le falta detalle. Gracias Javier . Volveremos sin duda

El apartamento es muy bonito, y las indicaciones previas del propietario muy acertadas, pero no nos gustó un detalle que no he visto nunca en un alojamiento, y es que después de hecha la reserva (a través de booking) nos comuniquen que la limpieza no está incluida en el precio, y que tenemos que dejarlo tal y como lo hemos encontrado para recuperar la fianza

Hola Jose, No entiendo por que publica aqui su opinion cuando usted no alquilo mi propiedad a traves de Tripadvisor , sino a traves de Booking. Aun asi , me veo en la necesidad de replicarle para aclarar conceptos a futuros inquilinos : Creo que es distinto reservar a traves de Booking un hotel , o un apartahotel , que cuando se reserva un apartamento particular. Y creo que ese fue su error de concepto ( porque en la web esta muy claro que e sun apartamento particular ) .Yo le expuse las condiciones , Normas de la Casa y el Contrato de Alquiler que firmariamos a su llegada ( en cumplimiento de la normativa andaluza sobre alquiler de viviendas con un fin turistico ) detalladamente via email a los pocos minutos de confirmar la reserva , y nunca usted expreso ninguna queja previa o pidio aclaracion alguna ( y usted realizo la reserva con una antelacion de 3 meses )...tiempo suficiente creo que tuvo. Yo prefiero , al contrario que la mayoria de los apartamentos , no cobrar un suplemento de limpieza de antemano encareciendo el precio del alquiler , sino dar la oportunidad a los huespedes cuidadosos para que se ahorren ese dinero si lo dejan en las mismas / parecidas condiciones de limpieza que cuando entraron ( excepto lavanderia por supuesto ) . Si por la causa que sea , los inquilinos deciden no limpiar , entonces tal y como estaba usted informado , le podria deducir de la Fianza la cantidad de 50 euros en concepto de suplemento de limpieza ( nunca dije que la totalidad de la Fianza ). En su caso , no les cobre el suplemento de limpieza ni les deduje ningun importe de la Fianza a pesar de que NO dejaron el Loft en las mismas condiciones de limpieza que lo recibieron. Me pregunto cual hubiera sido su opinion si le hubiera entregado el Loft tal y como lo dejaron ustedes... Por supuesto , antes de cada entrada de nuevos inquilinos , se realiza una limpieza profesional de toda la propiedad independientemente de como la hayan dejado los inquilinos previos.

We stayed in this loft for three nights in November. Everything is as it appears in the photos except that it is even bigger than it appears! During our check-in Javier discovered the dryer had been broken by the previous guests. We were still able to use it, but not easily. The curtains in the livingroom are extremely long and very difficult to open and close which needs to be done if you want darkness for sleeping. There are bedroom areas, but no enclosed rooms, therefore no privacy (not a problem for the two of us). The pool and pool area looked good and would be nice to use in hot weather. Everything was within walking distance of the loft, except for the train station which was a short taxi ride away. We were given the option of leaving a cleaning fee or cleaning the loft to the same standard in which we found it (not including sheets and towels). We also stayed in Javier's apartment in Sevilla.
