Large family home, very convenient to live, quiet in a small hamlet on the heights to 2.6 km from the center of the village of LABLACHERE. All the wonders of southern Ardèche are less than 25km away: Gorges de l'Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Cave Chauvet 2, Caves of Madeleine, Cocalière, Aven d'Orgnac, Aven Armand, Païolive Wood, typical villages (Joyeuse, Vans, Naves, Banne, Thines, Balazuc, Vogüe, etc ...), Chassezac gorges, Dam of Villefort, etc ... Many shops in the village (bakeries, pastry shop, butcher, tobacconist, bars, grocery store, supermarket, petrol station) and big market on Sunday morning. - Accommodation: Detached house of 100 m² on one level, with terraces 100 m² South + East + North, all with magnificent views. Capacity 2 - 8 people (+ 1 baby) with different types of configuration: 3 couples maxi with double bed or 2 couples + 4 children maxi in individual bed + 1 baby 3 rooms :   * Bedroom 1: master bedroom 1 with bed 160 x 200 cm, with shower room + WC, storage, office, terrace access   * Bedroom 2: sleeping 140 x 190 cm + storage   * Bedroom 3: large bedroom with 4 possible beds (double bed 140x190 + 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm) + storage Possibility of adding a cot without a price increase. * Living room: 30 m² with corner sofa + table 6/8 people + flat screen TV   * Open kitchen 12 m² with ceramic hob + convection oven + microwave + dishwasher + fridge / freezer + storeroom with washing machine + tumble dryer. With all the kitchen equipment (toaster, Nespresso, kettle, coffee maker, food processor, raclette / fondue machine, etc ...). Washing up. Towels and towels provided. High table with 4 seats. * Bathroom with bath and double washbasin   * Separate WC Reversible air conditioning in all rooms Wood stove Magnificent views of the southern Ardèche, the rock of Sampzon and Mont Ventoux from the south terrace and the living room, on the vineyards from the main terrace and the living room / kitchen / parental room / bedroom, on the montages of Ardèche and the Tanargue from the North terrace. - Absolutely quiet environment, in nature (vineyards, olive trees). - Landscaping: furnishing provided, sunshade, barbecue. There is no pool. It is a personal choice because we prefer to devote space to our vegetable garden! But you will find at 3 km from the house the water sports complex LABLACHERE "La Perle d'Eau" with its modern facilities and spaces for children. - Access / parking: Access by a small asphalt road reserved for the use of the hamlet (6 inhabited houses), 2 outdoor parking possible. - Land: 150 m² private use for sunbathing in the sun - Other equipment: WiFi - Deposit: in case of material damage in the accommodation, you may have to pay up to € 1,000 - Exchanges with travelers: the owner lives in a small apartment located below the house, completely independently (the house rented was initially occupied by his family). But he can exchange with you if you wish. - Practical information : Arrival between 5 pm and 11 pm Departure: before 10:00. It is forbidden to smoke throughout the rental. In July / August, the rental is a week minimum. Otherwise, 2 nights minimum.
