Its surface is 56 m2 and contains 1 entrance-kitchen, 1 bedroom with full shower room and 2 beds of 90 cm, a living room with 1 sofa bed in 140 cm and toilets, 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90 cm with bathroom of bath. You have a terrace with garden furniture and a private parking space. QUALITY OF LIFE - The holiday residence 'Les Salicornes' includes 6 rentals for 6 people at most, and 2 rentals for 4 people at most. - At Salicornes, we favor the well-being of all and, in particular, the reception of young children thanks to the tranquility of the place. - Its view of the Moulin de Rairé and the landscape extending to the sea is breathtaking. Located in the heart of the village, you will benefit from the proximity of the services described below. ON THE SPOT: - shops and service providers (see above) - the Salt Route (canoe trips) - the garden of Vaulieu - craftsmen ... - historic monuments: old church, jewel of Romanesque-Poitevin style. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: - From January 01 to July 6 and from August 31 to December 31: Daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (to be agreed with the owner). - Period from July 7 to August 31: Arrival: Saturday from 3 p.m. Departure: Saturday before 10 a.m. PAYMENT TERMS : Payment is made in two stages: - A first payment of 25% of the price of the stay will be requested when you book online. - a second payment representing the balance of your stay may be paid either by credit card via the Abritel site, or by bank check, or by holiday vouchers, or in cash upon your arrival. If you wish to pay this second payment by check, holiday check or cash, please contact me, I will tell you the procedure to follow. GUARANTEES AND MAINTENANCE OF RENTED PROPERTY. - a deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival for any occupation of a gîte. The deposit is not cashed and kept. It is returned in full at the end of the stay if the following conditions are met: a) the goods and materials entrusted to the tenant by the renter are returned clean and in good condition. b) the toilets are clean and in good working order. c) the evacuation to the sewer is not blocked. d) floors and glazing are clean Possibility of exemption from cleaning for the tenant against the payment of 40 euros. e) the tenant's animal did not cause any damage or damage to the buildings or to third parties. Any damage or damage caused, by the tenant or / and by his animal, to the goods of the renter or third parties will be estimated with the owner. The deposit of 150 euros will be reduced by this estimate. If the damage is greater and no agreement is agreed between the renter and the owner, a bailiff will be commissioned to settle the dispute. HOUSING OCCUPANCY In no case may the number of occupants of the accommodation be greater than its maximum capacity specified on the rental proposal. SUPPLIES AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. - WIFI connection - connected TV - sheets and tea towels provided - 1 roll of paper towel, 4 rolls of toilet paper, tablets + rinse aid for dishwasher per week rented. - use of the furniture and materials contained in the gîte and described in the previous paragraph. - water consumption (SAUR) and hot produced by an electric water heater of 200 liters. - baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge
