Loved the open concept of the cottage. The spacious deck was spectacular with superb views of the distant freighters and boats passing by on the water. We were able to block off the exit from the deck near the edge of the cliff so my two kids under the age of 4 were safely restricted to play to their hearts content with toys on the deck. The large bathroom was a great plus. Close to the playground, splash pad, and beach. We also did plenty of historical touring in the area. There Is no shortage of wineries in the area as well.

The location on the lake and view can’t be beaten. The kitchen supplies are good and the outdoor furniture is relatively new. There have been a number of cosmetic enhancements that make the interior attractive However, the bedroom mattresses badly need to be replaced, particularly the lower bunk bed . The living room sofa has also seen much better days. One feels like they need an ejection seat to get out. There are numerous rules for VRBO renters for cleaning, however the gas stove badly needs cleaning, the air vent in the living room hasn’t been cleaned in months and the dryer was full of lint.

The cottage was bright and beautiful. It was very well stocked and everything was easy to find. We loved the location as it was so close to lots of things to do. There was a detailed booklet with general information about the area, helpful tips and rules which was great. Having a lake in the backyard was simply amazing. Sunsets were gorgeous. Both my husband and I agree that we will definitely be back someday.

The cottage was beautiful and quaint. Right on the water. Frank was a great host, and provided all required details of the rental.

Good experience but I found floors wasn’t level so if you are a tripping hazard might not want to rent it.

Fantastic view, everything you need. Well maintained property, clean and comfortable. It's close to Harrow and Kingsville.

Great time at a great cottage

Definitely an area to kick back and relax. Property is well maintained, June is a Chad Fly Month so that is something to note for future bookings. The beach is close and accessible and cottage works well for folks with moderate mobility issues. Owner is attentive to your needs.

Overall stay was good, however the outside area needs care weeds on the deck and coming up through. No propane for fire pit , phoned twice and texted, with promise of propane, did not happen. Disappointed. Terry&Moureen Jackson.
