Casa Palmera is a lovely detached 4 bedroom villa with its own private pool located in the beautiful unspoilt area of Cariatiz which has stunning views and a tranquil setting. The house is an ideal holiday home for a large family or for two families to share as all of the bedrooms are doubles and the Living Room is very spacious and bright. The recently refitted kitchen is well equipped with a gas range cooker with 5 burner hob and oven. There is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, the house also has free wi-fi internet access.

The property is located in a lovely area, convenient for many activities and yet peaceful enough for quality relaxation time, it is surrounded by almond trees and olive trees and has spectacular views. Cariatiz has a bar, tapas bar, food store, pool bar, local hotel and restaurant and there is a wide choice of further bars and restaurants within a short drive.

Local towns include Turre and Mojacar, both of which have a variety of restaurants and bars. Mojacar has a large beach, many beach bars, numerous shops, a shopping plaza and several supermarkets.
