We hope you like this new duplex loft in Dominicus Bayahibe. We tried to create the perfect gathering space for family and friends. The apartment is located in a beautiful new tropical Caribbean development. The grounds have 24/7 security, two large pools and well maintained landscaping throughout. The town center is a short 5 minute walk away and contains many lovely shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The "blue flag certified" beach "Playa Dominicus" is an 8 minute walk. On the top floor is an additional seating area with a comfortable sofa-bed that could sleep 2 additional guests. The apartment has 2 balconies, a terrace and a large roof-deck with barbecue, table and umbrella, along with a large outdoor seating area with chairs and sofas to watch the sunset. The space has excellent wifi throughout and air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, cook wear etc. We also have a washer dryer on the top floor for your convenience. The two smart televisions are set up with access to internet channels including Netflix, traditional cable channels etc. Please feel free to ask us any questions. En Espanol El apartamento tiene techos abovedados de 25 pies en la sala de estar e incluye 2 dormitorios y 2 ½ baños. Los materiales utilizados en la construcción de esta propiedad son de la más alta calidad. El edificio en sí está hecho con piedra de lava y coral. Other things to note Just 10 miles east of La Romana lies the fishing town of Bayahibe. Here, divers will find spectacular coral formations and three shipwrecks: the Atlantic Princess, St George and Coco. In the national park, nature enthusiasts will find lagoons and wildlife, including a variety of birds. There is much to do, but the inviting, soft white-sand beaches are perfect for travelers seeking relaxation. This quality label is awarded to beaches worldwide that meet demanding environmental, safety and cleanliness criteria. So you don't have to worry about cleanliness and water quality. Bayahibe is the transit point for many tourists who want to sail to the beautiful islands of Saona and Catalina. Its located only 22 km from La Romana International airport.
