Cozy apartment with large south garden where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The property is Brand new and so is all the furniture. A fully equipped kitchen with buffet bar connecting to the living room which has access to the terrace and garden. We have sun loungers, outdoor dining setup and gas barbecue. Master bedroom en-suite & second bedroom with bathroom. The complex has beautiful tropical gardens and 2 large swimming pools. A gym with treadmills, free weights & other machines. About the neighbourhood

Quite and amazingly beautiful complex within an area that has its own tropical micro climate. The beach is just a km away. On the streat there is a grocery shop, a local restaurant, a beauty salon and so on. You can also find a lot of restaurants on the beach. It is also very close to the famous Puro beach center. It is a shopping are with a lot of lavish commercial stores, beach bars and restaurant.

Getting around

To get around in general in the area of Costa del Sol we strongly recommend a car. It doesn't mean it is no way to live whiteout it but it surely makes it easier, faster and more independent. Otherwise there is a bus station down the street of the complex. The bus can take you both to Estepona and Marbella.

How to get there

To get to Sotoserena is really easy. When you past San Pedro de Alcantara you drive another 4-5 minutes direction Estepona. It will be on your right hand side.
