This spacious detached 3 bedroom home is set in a stunning location with a 5* Certification of Excellence for the 2nd year in a row , with spectacular views overlooking Wootton Creek, and benefits from its own floating pontoon for boats up to 32 feet allowing access to and from The Solent. The accommodation comprises a spacious lounge with creek views a 47' TV, DVD, free unlimited internet access with free wifi and comfortable seating for six people. A large kitchen/diner with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Gas oven, gas hob and convection microwave and dining table which seats 6 people. Not forgetting the 3 bedrooms, one double, with ensuite shower room, one twin and one with bunk beds. There is also a family size bathroom. Very enjoyable break away!

This property was more than we could have asked for. Great location, amazing views, brilliant facilities. We had a great 2 weeks there, so relaxing. We will definately be thinking of booking again soon 🙂

Lovely place and location

Great place to stay

A lovely place with great location to go and explore the island. Pretty much has all you need as a holiday rental and very clean. Not disappointed at all at staying at Waterside. Thank you.

Peaceful location

We stayed here for a short mid week break. House was clean and tidy and had everything needed for our stay. The weather was great and we made use of the big balcony which over looks wootton creek.

Waterside is a great holiday location for transport and attractions. The property is light, airy and always spotless. Gary always makes you feel very welcome.

Great views

Stayed for a week after Easter with my family, house spotlessly clean, good base, great views from balcony despite weather. Gary, the owner great. Nice coastal walk nearby. Only one pub walking distance on bridge, not nice food at all. The Fishbourne near ferry is...More

Lovely views over the creek

Lovely quiet location with lovely views over the creek. Nice and clean with great facilities. It snowed whilst we were there and the picturesque views I will always remember.

Beautiful views

We stayed here for a long weekend the views were amazing from the large balcony which looked out over the water the house was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be returning

Perfect first family break

We stayed here for our first family holiday since having our first baby. My mum booked it and Gary the owner was extremely helpful contacting her back and forth regarding baby items, cots highchairs etc. All were set up on arrival. Gorgeous views from balcony....More
