Number 16 is a stone built Cornish cottage in the middle of a terrace of similar former miners' homes. It has fabulous views over farmland to the sea and to the Isles of Scilly and enjoys spectacular sunsets.
The cottage has been converted to a high standard and with great style to create a comfortable holiday environment - there is a well equipped kitchen, spacious sitting room, one bedroom with king size bed, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds and - for the children - a high level den for play.
There is a French stove in the sitting room which burns both wood and coal and background heating is provided by storage heaters.
Number 16 has gardens at the front and at the back plus a gated parking area for one car. There is a barbecue in the front garden.

Number 16 is on the edge of the small Cornish town of St. Just, only a few minutes' walk from the centre with butchers, baker, supermarkets and several art galleries and potteries. The market town of Penzance is a ten minute drive or a short bus ride and St. Ives is about 14 miles away. There is a small airport at Lands End with flights to Newquay and the Scilly Isles and the main line train station is at Penzance.
