This charming Breton cottage was renovated keeping its original features of oak beams and wooded floors. You enter the property by the large fitted kitchen, off this room is a play/social area WC and laundry room. The stairs lead to the lounge area with comfortable sofas, Freesat TV, video, DVD and CD player. There is one double en suite bedroom. Stairs lead to next floor with one large double bedroom with exposed beams, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and shower room with WC.

This cottage is in the heart of the countryside, peaceful but clean sandy beaches or the medieval town of Dinan are only 10 minutes away. There is parking in front and a BBQ area and secluded garden to the rear. The property is surrounded by farmland, is very peaceful and ideal for walking and cycling.

Dinan is a wonderful medieval walled town filled with charm and character. Cobbled streets, amazing architecture, churches and fantastic views are everywhere.

Check out the Fete des Remparts in August and the weekly market held in the car park every Thursday morning. Corseul is a pretty little village with bars, restaurants, boulangeries and a mimi supermarket. There are interesting ancient ruins nearby.
