The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk (half without pavement, half with), or you can drive and park near the beach (free outside high season). Just three minutes' drive from the property is Le Trayas railway station offering a fast, easy and alternative way of getting to the centre of Cannes and Nice, with train journey times of 15 and 30 minutes respectively. Next door to the villa is a chapel which can be visited during opening times and a mass each Sunday and Holy Day. There is no nuisance for clients staying in the property.
