** To be considerate to the other guests, we kindly ask not to make noise after 10 pm.
** To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when its not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
** Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep on day you are leaving? Should be fine, but please check with us first.

Welcome drink is our old tradition. We like to chat a bit with our guests on their arrival so they can get to know us and feel more comfortable, plus to provide them with all information they might need.
We are always trying to make holidays to our guests pleasant and memorable as much as possible. Therefore someone of the host family is always around in the case guests need something or just want to chat.

About the neighbourhood
On the east cape of the island of Hvar is located the fishing village Sucuraj. The history of Sucuraj, which is longer then 2300 years, was created along with Croats by many other nations who once ruled this territory leaving their marks in architecture and culture alike.
Sucuraj has been demolished and rebuilt again and again throughout history; the oldest building is the Franciscan monastery (once Augustan).
The cute inter-connecting in building stone houses with closed streets indicate a specific style of construction conditioned by the constant danger of pirates from the river Neretva.
Getting around
In the town is everything you need for a peaceful holiday within walking distance. Except 3 stores (selling general groceries, fruit, vegetables, meat) there are several restaurants and coffee bars, ice-shop, post office, ambulance, children playground, ATM, newsstand.
