Una gran experiencia
Volvemos de vacaciones hoy y hemos pasado unos días en este alojamiento,la ubicación es muy buena rodeados de naturaleza por todas partes, y entre asturias y cantabria lo que te permite no hacer muchos km para ver sitios emblemáticos de cada una de ellas. A pesar de estar rodeado de naturaleza, el pueblo de unquera está justo al lado, para cualquier cosa que se necesite.
Del alojamiento decir que me parece un alojamiento rural espectacular, acogedor, limpio (muy limpio), bonito y cuidado al detalle, además del jardín que tiene que te permite disfrutar del entorno.
Al llegar el dueño nos recibió con muchísima simpatía y cercanía explicandonos todos los detalles de la casa, electrodomesticos, etc... sin dejar lugar a ninguna duda, y ha respondido y estado pendiente de cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado durante la estancia.
¡Totalmente recomendable, es más, volveremos a estas tierras tan bonitas, y si volvemos, sabemos que alojamiento elegir!

Perfect location
The house is just great: well equiped, sunny, nicely sized rooms and good furniture (tv, wi-fi...). The location couldn t be better: next to the beaches (the beautiful playa de la Franca is 5mns drive) and the Picos de Europa are close enough to plan a day trip. Jose, the host, has been very helpful, pleasant and knows his job. So no bad surprises, all went smooth and we hope to be back because the Asturias are beautiful.

Confortable, tranquila con jardín precioso
La casa es muy bonita, espaciosa y muy buen equipada. El colchón muy cómodo y la ropa de cama y las toallas de calidad. Está llena de detalles ( el dueño la tiene como si vivieran allí) y está muy limpia. Hemos disfrutado desayunando en la terraza rodeados de jardín y naturaleza. El dueño José ha sido muy atento y nos dio mucha información. Está muy bien situada para visitar lugares como Santillana, Comillas, playas de Cantabria y Asturias. La experiencia ha sido muy confortable. Sin dudar para repetir.

Una casa muy acogedora
Hemos estado en el puente de diciembre y nos ha encantado esta casa, tiene de todo; muy buenas camas, toallas, la cocina equipada con todo, una calefacción estupenda y nunca hemos encontrado una casa tan limpia como esta.
Está muy bien localizada con muchas excursiones para hacer cerca, playa y montaña.
100% recomendable.

La mejor opción para disfrutar de Asturias
Una casa confortable, con todo lo necesario para dedicarse solo a disfrutar de su maravilloso enclave. Cada rincón cuidado con detalle. Un jardín perfecto para pasar las horas y un anfitrión espectacular. Muchas gracias José por habernos hecho sentir como en casa. Sin duda repetiremos. Un abrazo.

Por su situación, tranquilidad y limpieza, la casa es perfecta!
Está cerca de la playa, de la montaña, en una finca tranquila y rodeada de un maizal.
Para nosotros ha sido ideal, volveremos el año que viene seguro.

Inmejorable estancia
Hemos disfrutado de una semana magnífica en la Braña, José nos ha explicado todo con detalle y la casa estaba limpia y perfectamente dotada de todo lo necesario. El jardín es magnífico, la casa amplia y luminosa y la ubicación perfecta para conocer Asturias o Cantabria, bien comunicada. Tranquilidad por la noche y Unquera a dos minutos para compras. Totalmente recomendable y para repetir.

El sitio perfecto
Era justo lo que buscábamos. Un sitio súper tranquilo sin ruidos para poder dormir. La casa es bonita, acogedora, impoluta y con todo tipo de detalles que nos sorprendieron gratamente. José es un anfitrión muy atento que nos hizo mejor aún si cabe la estancia.
La ubicación es perfecta para conocer esa preciosa zona.
