Charming mountain chalet surrounded by nature, located a few kilometers from Bellagio and the wonders of Lake Como. This house, which is spread over two floors, on the ground floor opens on the living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table, two armchairs, a fireplace and a kitchenette equipped with an oven, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. The sleeping area, located on the upper floor, consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, guests will find a porch with a dining table where they can have meals in the open air while admiring the surrounding mountains. Nearby, they may also encounter goats, chickens and cows owned by the farm Alpe del Ville. The road could be unpaved, sloping or poorly lit. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como. The apartment is 1 hour and 30-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
