It is situated in a quiet street with a forest feel outlook beautiful finishes and in a great spot. Close to the city CBD, Wesley hospital, train station, Suncorp stadium. Set high on the ridge of one of Auchenflower's most sought-after streets. As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am. Feel free to use the amenities made available for your stay. - BBQ griller (everyone loves) - Fully equipped kitchen - Dual dinning areas with indoor and outdoor dinning - 50' Samsung 4k smart tv with Netflix and Stan in the living area - Large work desk space for your work from home - Unlimited Free Wifi - Large fridge with ice and water - Lounge in living area converts to double bed - Master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite, large walk in robe and large Samsung smart tv - Bedroom 2 with queen bed and large built in robe - Bedroom 3 double with single bunk bed. Large walk in robe. Place for 3rd bed if required at end of bunk - Beautiful spotted gum timber on living area - Leafy view from lounge area - Bath tub and shower double vanity - Nespresso coffee facilities - Tea coffee and sugar provided - Study area/office desk - Enough undercover parking for 3 cars - Large fenced private back yard. - Large 8.5kg fisher paykel and 6kg dryer for laundry - Retractable Baby gates fitted for child safety at top of both stairwells Also, please don't forget that this townhouse is a Pet friendly with dog door to private secure back yard so you can bring your pets with you. Pets must be approved prior. **NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.** "Starting August 16 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied on per booking to cover guest and identity validation" Guest will have access to the entire townhouse with parking for up to 3 cars NOTE: - Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25. - All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children. - Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group of friends. BWS is a short 750m walk and closest bar is Wests Rugby Union Club. Please note a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000. "Things You Need to Know Before You Book" - We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement. - We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). - We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. - All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. Upon booking, you are agreeing to this requirements. Thank you.
