For those who travels with young children, we can provide a cot/crib, high chair, plastic plates, bowls and cups etc - free of charge. This apartment can comfortably fit up to six adults, two children and an infant/toddle who sleeps in cot/crib. This apartment complex is nestled in the prestigious Kangaroo Point Peninsula on the boardwalk which provides easy walking access to the Captain Burke Parklands, Story Bridge Hotel, Brisbane Jazz Club and the Dockside precinct with has a variety of cafes, restaurants, patisserie and shops. You will get to experience firsthand the village-like atmosphere of the peninsula. Transport is a breeze with river ferry terminals, buses, and simple access to the Clem Jones Tunnel and Story Bridge. Other things to note The onsite manager and other residents living in this building do not tolerate loud noises. Therefore, guests are prohibited from having parties, functions or large gathering at this apartment and within the building's grounds. If this happens, guests will be evicted without refund. There are security cameras in and around the building, such as parking area, building entrances, apartment entrances, balconies, hallways, elevator etc. However, you can rest assured that there are no cameras inside the apartment.
