The Location is unbeatable, few minutes walk to South Brisbane train & Bus station, close to the South Bank Parklands and Brisbane CBD (7 mins walk, 500 meters away). - One Free onsite parking - 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds, 1 fold-up bed, and a huge sofa. - Hot tub in the master bedroom ensuite - Amazing view from all bedrooms, the living room, and balcony - Free high-speed WiFi - Fully equipped kitchen with full sets of cookware and tableware, a kettle, toaster and complimentary coffee, tea and milk. - Fold-up bed, the apartment can host up to 8 guests Guests have the entire apartment. There’s a swimming pool, BBQ facilities & terrace on the rooftop. Car park height is 2.1m- Car park size: 5.3m x 2.3m Lockbox is 1 minute walk (50 m across the road) 5 mins walk from South Brisbane station, taking the train from the airport is so easy! We use a LOCKBOX self-check-in for our home. The lockbox is near our home (50m outside apartment entrance) with 1 Set of keys inside, you can check yourself in anytime after 3pm! Before anything else, I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. RULE 1: Please respect check in and out times. ❑ The standard check-out time is 10am. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. For any unauthorized late check-out, a $50/hr late check-out fee will apply. ❑ Under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon (12pm), as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned — Any unauthorized late check-out beyond this time will result to a fee equivalent to a day’s base rate without discounts (NOTE: This fee will not mean possession of the property for the day, this is the fee for over-staying for more than 2 hours without permission) RULE 2: No parties or events allowed ❑ Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without refund. RULE 3: No smoking allowed. ❑ Smoking inside the property is prohibited and will result an additional charge of over $250. This is as the smell will need to be treated professionally and the room deodorized. RULE 4: No pets allowed. ❑ Strictly no pets allowed. We absolutely love pets but due to hygienic and health reason/s, we are unable to accommodate them in my property. Violation of this rule will result an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the cleaning fee in your booking as the housekeepers will need to do extra work. RULE 5: Please respect the noise curfew. ❑ Quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am seven days a week. A noise complaint during these hours will result in eviction without refund. RULE 6: Please report damages or left behind items. ❑ If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP. We will need to replace them and additional charges may apply. ❑ For left behind items, our housekeepers will bring them back to our warehouse and you can contact us to arrange item pick up from the warehouse for free until two weeks after your check out day. Items will not be kept in the warehouse longer than 2 weeks and we will donate all left behind items to charity shops after two weeks. ❑ If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time. This will be $30 + the postage cost. RULE 7: Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. ❑ If you are locked out and require us to visit the property, a $50 fee will be charged. This fee increases to $150 after 5:30pm daily or before 9:30am and all day
