Moonah is a refurbished Queensland inspired townhouse. This will be your home away from home. It is superbly situated within a 10 minute stroll to Macrossan Street, where you will find boutique shops, fine dining and so much more. And only a lazy stroll away you will find the pristine white sands of Four Mile Beach, which is lapped by the Coral Sea. The villa is part of a small collection of townhouses, located at the end of a very quiet cal-de-sac. Moonah is situated in the prime position within the complex, set at the very end and surrounded by lush tropical gardens and a lavish outdoor entertaining area. The natural form swimming pool is ideally located within steps of your front patio, and is surrounded by lush rainforest like gardens. Leading from the dining room out through the back glass doors you will find the large entertaining area and BBQ, perfect for holiday living. You will also find the day beds in the most advantageous positions, the perfect place to reminisce about your day in the tropics. The location of the property was perfect for us. It is about 4 blocks from the center of town. The condo is well kept up and the managers were friendly and responsive at every turn. For us air conditioning was very important. The units work...More
