Each bed (two queen and three singles) has a quality doona, two vintage woollen blankets and an electric blanket. In addition to the bathroom and toilet in the main part of the house, there is a brand new en-suite in the front bedroom. The regular Hobart bus stops right outside, with Sandy Bay five minutes away by car/bus and Hobart Central just five minutes more. Plenty of off-street parking (sorry no undercover). You'll want to get up early so you don't miss the magnificent sunrise, and there can be few better places in the evening than out on the patio, for a relaxing BBQ.
