Cleaning Fee The apartment is prepared to a clean and neat condition for every check-in. Cleaning fee charged is for reasonable cleaning after your check-out. Should extra cleaning be necessary, an additional charge is applicable depending on the amount of cleaning required. Examples of extra cleaning are food spills/splatters that are not wiped up, dirty dishes & crockery not washed up, stains on carpet, stained towels/bed linen such as but not limited to hair dye, massage oil, nail polish, etc. No Smoking Floor The apartment is on a non-smoking floor. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment including the balcony. Guest may face immediate eviction, without any refund, if this rule is breached. Damages These are assessed on a case-by-case basis as each situation is different. Should there be any damages, the replacement cost plus handling fee shall be charged. We love it the moment we enter the apartment. Clean, neat and cosy. Great location, near Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay. Well equipped with microwave, toaster, oven, stove, washing machine & dryer. Shirley is friendly and contactable. We would surely stay here again when we visit Perth.

First booking thru TripAdvisor. Will be travelling this way Fr now on. Lovely apartment Everything n more then we expected. Will be telling friends too book here Close too everything but a quiet area Bus outside the door Short walk too everything. Apartment was lovely. Was lovely being able too wash n cook if needed.

Travelled with my 3 young kids and was happy and surprised they would accept us. They give us a very good price and it helped our travel budget since we were in Perth for 11 nights. Key pickup and access is easy tho we arrived Perth midnight. It's easy to drive to further location because it nearby major highways to north and south WA. We can also actually walk to King's Park, but ermm we're lazy tourists so it's a short 2 minutes drive. Bus stop is also in front of the place, with main bus station (Elizabeth Quay) walking distance away. One night we're not as lazy as usual, we walked to Elizabeth Quay, Bell Tower and that bridge that lights up at night (very landmark-y but I forgot the name sorry!!). We love that they have the things we need : a good size kitchen, washer, dryer and wifi. The owner are very attentive, helpful and prompt on replying our messages.

It is good to know that the apartment suited your family very well. Being fully furnished with essential amenities certainly helps for a travelling family like yours. The very landmarky bridge is simply called Elizabeth Quay Bridge. It is a 20-metre high suspension bridge that is open to pedestrians and cyclists and is an iconic architectural feature of the quay. The bridge forms part of the popular 'bridges' recreational route along the Swan River and provides a link between the promenades, the island and Barrack Street Jetty. Offering spectacular views towards the river and back to the city the bridge is a popular photo point for tourists and locals alike. Hope you have taken many photos home to cherish for years to come!
