The location of this property was fantastic. Close to the beach, train station and great restaurants. The apartment was very neat and clean although it was not really set up for long stays (we stayed for 9 nights). Things that you are likely to use on a longer stay like a broom, mop, washing basket were missing. The kitchen was not very well stocked (only 4 mugs-one with a chip) and the BBQ was tiny. As there are 4 apartments in this block expect some noise from the apartment above particularly when they use their shower. I would recommend this apartment for short stays only. more

A Security Deposit of $1000 will be held against your credit card details. This will not be charged in advance but be held as security in the event of a breach of terms & conditions of the Occupancy agreement.
