The location is really convenient about half way up Malcolm St, within easy reach of both city centre and Kings Park in around 15/10 mins walk respectively. A CAT bus is few steps away -Green 4 uphill and 18 opposite for city centre. Airport bus...More

If you need grocery’s you will find them at (Woolworths) 100 St Georges Tce.  You can walk directly down the Tce towards the City or jump on most buses that are free going into the CBD inc the CAT. Catch the bus across the road from Malcolm Street Apartments into the City.  St Georges Tce is an extension of of Malcolm Street it changes over around the lights on the bottom near the government towers.
