We are available to assist you in any way or if you prefer your own space we are cool with that too. Happy to provide you with local information, recommendations etc. We are able to pick you up from the train station or maybe the airport, will just depend on our schedule.

Cooks Hill Parkside is completely separate to our house and was purposely built above our garage. The loft is designed by a local architectural firm EJE Architecture and has been approved with Council. You will have your own entry and everything you need.

Stayed this weekend. This place is exceptional. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Beautiful decor and well equipped. The complimentary breakfast foods, milk and juice was great as we arrived late and didn't have time to get supplies. The bathroom comes equipped with Sukin toiletries and the place smells divine. The underfloor heating in the bathroom is pure luxury. I can't recommend this...

This apartment located in Cooks Hill is central and close to cafes, shops either on Darby's or at Junction. It is at walking distance to Bar beach and Merewether beach. The loft is located in the Cooks Hill, one of Newcastle’s heritage rich suburbs, with a modern trendy edge. You are steps away from Centennial park, popular with families, picnic dates, weddings in the rotunda, casual soccer games. The loft is in proximity to all you need, your car is optional! Shopping and eating districts are a short easy walk, The Junction, Marketown and Darby st, will have your appetite and retail therapy all sorted. Pubs and bars and close enough to walk to but far enough away for you to sleep soundly.

The University of Newcastle, City precinct and the Civic Theatre is a short walk away. Sporting fields are close, National Park netball courts, literally at the end of the street! No 1 and No 2 sportsgrounds just a

Getting around on foot is just perfect, we walk to most places.

Local bus transport is just 100m or few blocks away. Hamilton train station is approx 3 km away, and there are buses to Civic and Newcastle Station.
Public transport uses an Electronic Ticketing System - Opal Card.
The Opal card is an easy way of paying for your travel on public transport. The card is smartcard ticket that you load value onto and keep for travel on all public transport.

Newcastle airport is 26 km away, from the airport you can taxi, Uber, bus or get a private shuttle. We are able to pick you up from the train station or maybe the airport, will just depend on our schedule.
