Villa Iguana is a wonderful 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, beach front villa in Soliman Bay. From it's beachside palapa to it’s rooftop sunbathing terrace, this home is sure to make a statement! Yes folks, this place is absolute beachfront, with a full list of amenities, we think Villa Iguana is the place to be! The front yard is immaculately kept and includes a large dining terrace, which provides shelter from the sea breeze. The lower floor is an open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area. A stunning cane lounge ensemble features overstuffed cushions that positively beckon the unsuspecting tourist. A giant mirror and unique light fixtures give this room a dramatic touch. The master and second guest bedrooms are on the second floor and each have private terraces. The fourth bedroom is situated on the roof and features a palapa roof. The fifth bedroom is the adorable guesthouse situated in the front garden.
