This charming chalet in Biniaraix, in the midst of the Tramuntana Mountains is perfect for 5 people. This beautiful finca between the mountains is located in the charming village of Biniaraix, in the centre of the Tramuntana mountain range. Outside you will find a fenced sun deck of 300 m2 where you can sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers. It also features a fantastic terrace completely furnished where you can enjoy a good meal with your family and friends. There also is a barbecue although please mind that you can only use it from October 16 till April 30, because from May 1 to October 15 it is completely forbidden to light a fire in this forest area. Privacy is total, there are no neighbours around so you will only hear the song of the birds. Here, you can watch a film in the TV-Sat or enjoy a good reading. The kitchen, which is open to the previous space, offers a gas stovetop, and it is perfect to cook and have lunch right there, since it also counts with a wooden table and chairs, what a luxury! The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board also are in the kitchen. The house comprises two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and the other, with a dormer window, has room for 3 people in the bunk bed and one single bed. Both bedrooms offer a closet and a fan. We can provide with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your children. Then, there is a complet bathroom which is great to have a relaxing shower after a day of adventures in the island. Finally, the finca features solar panels and an alternator. Biniaraix is a village located in the Tramuntana mountain range which has been selected a World Heritage site by UNESCO in 2011. It is place right in the valley of Sóller and will allow you to discover the local traditions and habits. If you love nature and outdoors exercising, this is the best place to go, no doubt. You can visit the lovable villages of Sóller, Valldemossa, Banyalbufar and Fornalutx and practice hiking and cycling. The next sandy beach is in port de Sóller, about 13 km away. Sóller also offers supermarkets and restaurants There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please, note that the path that leads to the house is not paved, and it is curvy and a little hard. We highly recommend a small car. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
