From international or domestic airport catch local bus to the Perth city bus port then walk 200m to adjacent train station. Catch train to Mandurah then bus to Mandurah foreshore. Walk 250m south along foreshore and under the old Mandurah bridge and turn left into Winjan place on first road along foreshore pathway. The townhouse is on corner of Winjan place and Leslie street.
