Having a sofa bed (140 X 200 cm) in the living room the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. (5th and 6th persons/s are charged extra). The fully furnished, 32m² balcony has an amazing view of the communal pool making it an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing meal as well as to enjoy the sun on the 2 sunbeds with umbrella provided on the balcony. The apartment offers private covered parking and has an elevator. Useful information: Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 14 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 26 kWh per day, sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected upon arrival. We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties.
