Home is in excellent condition and has public water & power. House has a private pool with a waterfall. Rincon and its surrounding beaches are in great shape. We are a 2 minute walk to the beaches, and the marina where there's fishing charters, restaurants, paddle boarding, horseback riding, a dive shop, snorkeling, and surfing.. The grounds of house have lush tropical landscaping, privacy wall, and gates. A short 3-minute drive will take you to the local grocery store that is well stocked with everything you would need while on vacation and if you head towards Sandy Beach from the house you are just minutes from the romantic Rincon Puerto Rico Light house with a new outdoor sunset bar and the famous Marias Calypso Restaurant You can Surf the famous breaks of Puerto Rico and walk to Tr...Home is in excellent condition and has public water & power. The house has three floors with 8 bedrooms in total. Main house has 6 Brs, Downstairs apt has 2 Brs. Main house has 5 Brs on top floor and 1 BR on main floor(Queen Bed) - The 5 Brs on top floor are as follows- 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size, 2 rooms with 2 Queen size beds and last room has 2 full size bunk beds. The downstairs apt has a separate entrance with a king size bed in one room and a queen bed in other.
